“Jason and his team were amazing. My phone would not turn on and had water damage. Apple couldn’t help me and suggested I seek help from someone that has experience in data recovery. After purchasing a new iPhone 15 pro from Apple I went over to visit Jason at South Bay Mobile Repairs. He explained the process to me and I was way out of my comfort zone because I had to give him passwords in case he was successful on the data recovery. He kept me updated through the process which was a couple of days. He was successful on retrieving all of my data and successfully migrated all of my data over to my new phone. His job knowledge, experience, and customer service were amazing. Jason also made sure that my iPhone, laptop, and iPad were all synced up!Thanks again Jason for a job well done! “Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.”

But, he was also kind enough to assist me with installing the screen protector that I requested for the phone as well.The only thing I would change, is please get rid of the $25 upgrade fee for devices online. “Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.”

My special thanks goes to Brisa because she went above and beyond every possible way to solve my problem. Her manager also helped her over the phone (I didn't ask his name. It was 12/4/2023 at around 4-5 p.m., though). Thanks to him as well.I went to this AT&T store to get information about home internet. Guess what? Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T. Thus, these two nice people deserve some sort of appreciation, in my opinion.Thank you again, Brisa and Omar. You are my AT&T must to go store from now on.”

“I was very pleased with my experience with this Cox location. Previous reviews were bad, but the location is close to my home so I decided to go anyway. After working with Cox online to solve our problem, I was told to go to the closest cox store and get a new cable box. I called the Rolling Hills location and a recording told me to leave a message. I let them know my name and account number and told them we needed to pick up a new box. When we got to the store, there was no waiting. I gave my name and he had my new unit ready immediately. I worked with Bruce and he was very professional. The whole transaction took 5 minutes. This location is now staffed by Cox Corporate office and I recommend them highly.”
