“I love the personnel at this CVS! They are extremely helpful & personable—just a wonderful group!!! I have a suggestion re: picking up Covid tests. There should be some sign as soon as you enter the store that indicates you need to get on the “Drop off” line at the pharmacy to give your insurance info.I went there today, and after asking, I was told to go to the pharmacy. I waited on the pharmacy line for 20 min. Then was told to got to the drop off window. I waited another 15 min. My info was taken, & then I was told to go back to the pharmacy window in 20-30 min to pick up the tests. There were 2 other people doing exactly what I was doing, and all for lack of a simple sign. This is a simple fix in my opinion, and would save time for those trying to get home to a sick family member.”
