“Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.”

“I stopped by this AT&T store to get my grandmothers account fixed. Unfortunately my grandma was taken advantage of due to her being elderly & highly over charged & even added another two lines to her account. My grandmother originally came in because she thought her phone was hacked. She told the agent Yadira who just offered my grandmother a promotion on a new phone and added two other lines to her account. My grandmother is 83 years old and just needed assistance on her phone. LUCKILY, Richard was able to assist & fix everything. My grandmother has her original number back, old phone & all other extras that were added are taken off. “Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. My special thanks goes to Brisa because she went above and beyond every possible way to solve my problem. Her manager also helped her over the phone (I didn't ask his name. It was 12/4/2023 at around 4-5 p.m., though). Thanks to him as well.I went to this AT&T store to get information about home internet. Guess what? Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T. Thus, these two nice people deserve some sort of appreciation, in my opinion.Thank you again, Brisa and Omar. You are my AT&T must to go store from now on.”

“I contacted South Bay Mobile Repairs to see if they could repair the cracked screen of my Note 8. Since my phone is so old and they don't make it anymore, I wasn't sure if they would be able to. To my surprise, they said they could order the screen and replace it! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! They are super courteous, and professional!
