“I have been using ARU for years. Communication is important and ARU is great about it. Estimates up front are usually the bill when the work is done. I left a previous mechanic because it was just the opposite, always more than I expected. Dave is great about getting you in asap, often the next day. Never, not once have I had to return to have something re-repaired. That should be a given but not true of all shops. All in all, Dave is a great guy, easy to work with, fair, honest and affordable.”

It does seem as though some things have changed a bit as there were far fewer questions about purchasing products and services which was ok by me. All in all good service and mostly friendly technicians.”
