“I had to bring my car in for two major services recently, one expected and one unexpected. I went to Peet's both times because they are quick, reliable, warranty their work, and the price is right. Particularly if you have a Japanese car, you can't go wrong at this mechanic. They did my brakes, charged my air conditioning, and replaced my starter when I had a mysterious parasitic battery drain that I could not locate. I have been coming to this place for 12 years, and I intend to continue coming for all of my automotive service needs that are not covered by a warranty at the dealership. I recommend scheduling an appointment, because they are popular.Services: Transmission”

Thanks all!!Old review:I really appreciated the friendly service and fast turn around to get my oil changed. Unfortunately, on my drive later that evening I realized the undercarriage had come loose and was scraping the ground. This is the first time I've had any issues with Valley Oil, as all other services have been great. Would you be able to get this replaced? The undercarriage plastic is shredded from dragging on the ground. Thanks for your help.”

“Megan handled the transaction, cabin air filter, etc. and she was great. She was friendly, polite, informative, funny...and while she offered all their services (I think that's called added value) she did not try to hard sell me anything I didn't need! Good job - I wouldn't have bought engine treatment or wipers anyway. I was there for an oil change only. Jason and Freddie were my other service personnel, doing the work down below. I can't comment (because I did not meet them) other than to say they were fast and efficient. Unsung heroes of the oil change. Good job! I was out of there in like 15 minutes. In my book this team did a perfect service. I'll be back again and again. Great job!”

“Each time I've been to this spot, the same gentleman is managing the front end, where he asks you what car wash you want, etc. I like businesses where the staff and management are polite, engaged, efficient, good-humored, energetic, professional, etc, and this guy is all of the above.
