“I don't know anything about cars. I was looking for help diagnosing how much repairs to my vehicle would be and they were on it. I had gone to three other places before I stopped at Pauline's and no one had offered a diagnostic report. The people in the office were super friendly and helpful and after a few hours they called me to come get my vehicle. Turns out the cars engine didn't have a vin # and they could only do a visual inspection. When I went to get the car they told me things wrong with it that they noticed with the visual inspection and they didn't charge me because they couldn't do a full diagnostic work up. Everyone I encountered were nice and helpful and I will definitely go back if I need future repairs, which I am sure I will lol!”
