“I placed an order for some Christmas cards. When I place the order on Wednesday I had received an estimate that they would be ready on saturday. I then received a call on Friday from someone in the photo department named Cynthia M letting me know that unfortunately their machine was down. She was so kind and apologetic and very helpful. You could tell in her voice that she was genuine and very empathetic in this situation especially with the holiday season going on. I really appreciated that she personally reached out to me as a customer to let me know if the situation going on at the store and offering Solutions.”
