“I would like to share my experience with the people who helped me at the Manteca Costco.They went above and beyond to help us out.We had a terrible experience while driving south on the Freeway the sunroof of our car suddenly exploded and showered us with glass! Fortunately my adult son, who was driving, kept his cool and calmly took the nearest exit which happened to be near the Costco.After parking, I asked the staff in the tire shop to help us- they advised us to go Mr Car Wash and vacuum the glass- the awesome free vacuum was amazingly efficient.We went back to Costco to wait for AAA to tow us. It began to rain and we had no roof!We again asked for help and the tire shop moved our car inside for shelter.I went inside Costco, we are members, we looked for tarps but the only ones for sale are heavy duty stiff plastic ones that would ruin the car paintwork.Then I noticed that the mattresses have heavy duty giant plastic bags. But they are not for sale. I spoke to a couple of staff members and they kindly gave me a bag.Their kindness allowed me to cover the roof of my car- by tucking the bag into the doors and the corners under the edge of the hood next to the windshield.The tow truck arrived soon after. We reached our home safely and despite the pouring rain the whole way home, our car interior stayed dry.Thank you so much for your kindness Costco Staff Manteca.”

“THANK YOU MANTECA KAISER PHARMACY! Yesterday you were open despite the six-statewide workers strike this week. Many Kaiser members were unble to retrieve on-site non-mailable meds orders in Stockton (and other cities. It was such a HUGE help for many of us who could not pick up our urgent orders in Stockton (and other cities) on Wednesday or Thursday, to drive to Manteca to pick up at your pharmacy. I am so grateful to the Pharmacists who filled my order and those who communicated with the Advice nurses (both at Manteca and Stockton offices) to help me obtain my injection and essential meds. About 5 years ago I ended up at Kaiser Manteca due to an emergency while in Manteca. Kaiser Pharmacy filled my orders that evening for meds I never had, and the consulting pharmacist explained (as did your amazing on-call Internist) how to use them. You have an awesome group of pharmacists and physicains there, as we also have at Kaiser in Stockton (just temporarily unavailable). Thank you for helping out so many of us who were there yesterday from Kaiser locations other than Manteca's (met a few others while I was there). We so appreciated it.”

“My Dad was just discharged from the hospital in Napa and didn’t have his medications because they were at his house over 4 hours away on the coast. I explained my situation regarding insurance and covering refills to early etc and the pharmacist and the staff made it happen with no problems. They asked me to make one call to the insurance and they handled the rest . In this situation with a really sick elderly parent, this type of help never happens to me. Walmart pharmacy staff and pharmacists please tell your boss and their boss what you did for me and my family please. I would like them to call me as well.”

“This is definitely where I want to get ice cream at. The price for the amount is all worth it! It gets busy when schools out. The guy was nice and patient. There was chips close by and he was able to ring it up with our ice cream order. My friend suggested an ice cream so I will be coming back soon when a craving for ice cream comes up.Parking is available and they are close to a Dollar Tree. Food is in the area as well. Perfect run for all things needed and a treat.”
