“I've been shopping at this store for years this is where I also pick up my prescriptions. I love that they have a bakery department, they have the sushi department, the fruits and vegetables are really nice. They make nice sandwiches here. The two things that I have to say are first of all They should have more sales. I also shop Save Mart and I believe Save Mart has better prices. And the other thing that I don't really like is that some of the managers that have been here for a very very long time. They are not very nice when It comes to customer service. They are rude to their own employees and most of them are young people their employees. And not very friendly to customers when we use the self checkout. They should at least have a smile on their face and say hi. It's call customer service!!”

“Tonight, I want to write about the Walmart brand (Great Value) ice cream cone "Drumsticks". They are sooooo fresh, it is amazing! I usually get the one with nuts on top, or cookie dipped. I personally enjoy both! However, my all-time favorite used to be the peanut butter ones. They were so freaking awesome, but Walmart discontinued that flavor or they don't carry it in our local stores. :'( This Walmart on Coffee Road is alright. The staff members are generally friendly, some more than others. I know Walmart prides themselves on being "the lowest price". The prices are usually good overall, but sometimes when other stores have sales, they are cheaper than Walmart. Something to keep in mind. Back to the topic at hand: FRESHNESS. The Great Value brand of ice cream cones put the brand name "Drumsticks" to shame! We bought the brand name ones, and the cones were soggy, not crunchy, and the nuts were stale. Not sure what happened there. But the Great Value never disappoints. The price is decent on the Great Value ice cream cones too. They are around $5.30 for 8 regular sized cones in a box. Like I said, some price points are comparable. While others have room for improvement. Please bring back the peanut butter cones!!! :) Have a great night!”

Sent them an IM last night and I received a response in an hour! They apologized and sincerely wanted to make it right. They committed to clarifying their return policy with their teams given all of the changes related to COVID19. Went in today and they took care of me. I am impressed and a fan again. “My favorite CVS for cosmetics, snacks, vaccinations, and other frivolities. (I don't have prescriptions anywhere.) In the hellscape that is 2023 retail, this CVS consistently is well-stocked and looking tidily abundant, has reasonably accurate shelf tags, and has working self-checkout machines. Staff are always pleasant. Pharma did my last covid vaccine update efficiently and painlessly. The major reason I'm not going 5 stars is that I don't want you going in expecting it'll be the retail experience from before 2020, because nothing anywhere is. Every time I try a different store, I regret it because they don't measure up to this one.”

Jerry Davison came out, I think he was the manager. He checked my ID because I order NyQuil. Then went in and got my stuff. He was very fast and very nice. This location will be my go to for pharmacy needs.”
