“After visiting several stores including Home Depot, Larry & Joe's Plumbing, and Ferguson Plumbing Supply, where I was met with disinterest and a lack of availability, I finally found the assistance I needed at Reseda Hardware Supply. The store person there took the time to analyze my requirements and helped me locate the correct size adapter to connect my sink to my portable washer. I am grateful for their exceptional service and want to give them my heartfelt appreciation. Kudos to Reseda Hardware Supply for going above and beyond to assist me!”

If you want extremely cheap products they will have a variety and if you're willing to spend a little extra they have it all as well. John is always helpful and assists me with situations I come across. Never have been upsold by them and are always going out of their way showing me the differences in brands and products and how I could cut my costs down to be able to work on more cars. “DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...”

“Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”
“I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service.The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”

I brought in a small paint chip from my front door, and they made me a quart of the same color that same day.I applied the new paint, and it dried to the exact same color as the door.I picked up the order just 2 minutes before 5pm on a Friday — they close at 5pm, so I appreciate that they didn’t close up a few minutes early.All the staff were friendly and helpful!”

“I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”

“We are contractors and use this Sherwin Williams for MANY projects! Their customer service is great, always willing to help and very knowledgeable. We call in orders and they have them ready and waiting for our workers in record time! More recently I have been paint shopping for our home and had the HARDEST time choosing the PERFECT paint for our bedroom, I literally chose 2 dozen samples before deciding on one of my original 4 ! Jilder was so patient with me and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They all were so kind and welcoming but Jil went above and beyond! We highly recommend this store!”
