After talking to Elesio from Jebs, it was easy decision and had my car picked up from the previous bodyshop. Elesio was awesome, honest, and stand-up guy. He understood my situation and easy to work with %. But the star of Jebs was Betty. She was excellent with customer service, and mindful on everything related. She pretty much handled my car after Christmas . So I got my car back a couple of days ago and I'm very happy with the work they put in. No major issues! Car looks appealing again and sexy. “My family has been using this location for years. The manager Eddie is friendly and easy to work with. They have repaired several of our cars, and we have always been happy with the service. I just got my Mustang fixed after being heavily scratched and a little dented in a parking lot. They had to repaint almost the entire quarter panel. “Had my PPI performed here for a used CPO Mk7.5 GTI S with low miles. John test drove and inspected everything with his team. Afterwards he gave me a complete walkthrough of all the potential issues as we looked at the underside of the car. Which included some badly repaired front and rear bumper damage from a potential accident not reported on the Carfax. Because of this and his other recommendations, I ultimately decided to return the vehicle. Thanks for saving me from a pretty expensive mistake.”
