“Love this place. I opened up my own mobile paint correction business and wanted to use more high-end products like Glasurit. If you want extremely cheap products they will have a variety and if you're willing to spend a little extra they have it all as well. John is always helpful and assists me with situations I come across. Never have been upsold by them and are always going out of their way showing me the differences in brands and products and how I could cut my costs down to be able to work on more cars. Lots of respect towards you guys, need more people like you guys in the industry.”

“I had such a great experience with both this location and the Northridge location. Victor at the Canoga Park (CP) location went above and beyond to help me secure the paint I needed [Benjamin Moore Province Blue for those curious]. After I purchased all 5 gallons available in CP, Victor called other locations and even drove to pick up the additional paint and brought it back to the CP location so it would be there just in case I needed it the next day. This was vital because the CP location is 5 min from my workspace - where I was having the painting done. This foresight on Victor's part was amazing because *spoiler alert* we did indeed run out of paint. I can't recommend this business highly enough and will definitely return here for all my painting needs. Updating this review to note that this entire job was a team effort. “This place is great, the guys are always helpful. I went in to recycle paint and the guy at the cashier told me the containers were full and to call back next week before I come. As I was waking back to my car the other employee called me back and that he made some space for me do I didn't have to haul my 10 gallons of paint back and fourth. I really appreciated that! He totally didn't need to go out of his way to help me but he certainly did. I'm a local and I've been there a few times and I've never had a bad experience.”

“DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...”

“I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service.The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”

He was so helpful in assisting with it and really helped me through it until I was happy. “I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”

We call in orders and they have them ready and waiting for our workers in record time!
