“Since November 2022, I have been training at this gym, and I can honestly say that I love it. This gym is by far the greatest that I have trained at out of all the others. It's a terrific gym overall with friendly staff and gym members, along with a clean and safe environment. Milton, the owner, is an incredible fighter and coach. His methods, along with those of the other coaches, are remarkable and, most importantly, practical. Not a single technique that I have been taught has not been effective for me. Milton Agruello Mixed Martial Arts Academy is the right place to attend if you want to continue your martial arts training or begin your journey as a fighter.”

“Best Place on Earth!!! It is clean with a clean bathroom If you are into a variety of classes and world class instructors than this is your gym! I get bored with machines and weights and need lots of options with great instructors to keep me motivated. AMF provides all that and more! Milan will meet you where you are in your fitness journey then little by little push you to obtain greatness. She is very knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and considerate. Milan and Hunter are excellent trainers! They are amazing instructors in their own way. They will challenge you to put your best foot forward. They are always making sure I do the exercises properly, give me motivation and the dedication needed to keep me going to the gym. I found a new community of confident people who uplift one another. The community that is formed here is wonderful and I truly feel so grateful to have found this location! If you're on the fence about trying it out, I would 100% recommend.”

“Bought a package for my fiance and she loves it. Loves the one on one attention in a nice clean environment and is really enjoying the workout. Yes she says it is kicking her butt, BUT in a good way. After I recover from surgery I am anxious to join her on these round robin sessions, I am already seeing it pay off for her. “I have been going to classes at OrangeTheory for about three months now and can't say enough great things. I am usually kind of a lone wolf and don't enjoy group workouts, but I hit a plateau and really needed to be pushed out of my normal routine. Not only do I regularly hit 450-500 calorie burns, but I notice that my strength has increased very quickly. I have a huge fear of bulking up, but I haven't noticed any issues at all. Everything's been lean muscle and the next day I feel it, but I don't feel overly sore or too tired to continue. The space is clean, well-maintained, and well air-conditioned (it's cool even in the valley summer heatwave), the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's never any standing around wasting time. I can't stand gym chit-chat so I love that even for a group workout, I can just focus on my own exercise and have my centering time. The OrangeTheory heart monitors are amazing-- I get really competitive and I love trying to beat my records. I am strongly considering upping my membership to go more often.”

“Spark Fitness changed my daily routine and even my mental stability!My posture is much better and I feel stronger after every class. I was afraid to increase weights during the strength workout, but the coaches guides you to become stronger in every class. It is just a matter of showing up to classes consistently.I love the fact that the membership comes with In-body discussion sessions, and one to one health benefits and goals meeting with the coach. I haven't seen other crossfit gyms offer these.Every class, it feels like I am getting personal training. Coaches look closely and corrects my forms and give out so many tips that I never knew. I felt the need to come back and leave a more recent review since they are constantly upgrading both of their facilities in all aspects from their staff to their equipment. And in today's world it's a lost art to feel like we're appreciated and taken care of as a customer. Newer bikes, louder sound system & so many great additions to their staff continue to make a world of difference! Mia & Wendell are my new favorite instructors!
