“Since November 2022, I have been training at this gym, and I can honestly say that I love it. This gym is by far the greatest that I have trained at out of all the others. It's a terrific gym overall with friendly staff and gym members, along with a clean and safe environment. Milton, the owner, is an incredible fighter and coach. His methods, along with those of the other coaches, are remarkable and, most importantly, practical. Not a single technique that I have been taught has not been effective for me. Milton Agruello Mixed Martial Arts Academy is the right place to attend if you want to continue your martial arts training or begin your journey as a fighter.”

“My wife began training at Breakthrough Strength and Fitness several months before I joined, and she regularly raved about her enjoyment of their program and the fantastic couple who runs it, Katie and Caleb, along with other members of their extended family. Truly, I'd never before seen my wife so enthusiastic about gym workouts——it was always a chore, but now she was having fun. Not only that, it was clear to me that the way she was being trained was having a dramatic and rapid impact on her health and fitness.While she certainly encouraged me to "check out her gym," she didn't need to pester me. It was obvious from her results and what she shared about Breakthrough's methodology that it was a good option for me, too. I just had to get off my behind and go. “After not working out for 5+ years, the thought of finding a gym was overwhelming. I knew I didn't want a big chain based on my past experience at Equinox, but I needed a personal trainer. I'm so grateful I found Will and Max Performance! It's a small gym that specializes in individual training. Will, the owner, initially met with me to get a sense of what I was looking for, and from there, he assigned me to one of his trainers. Over the months, I've worked out with and observed many of the trainers, and they are all great. Most of my sessions are early in the morning, but I've popped into the gym mid-day and on the weekends, and while there are busier times than others, it's never overcrowded, and all the people are friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a gym to work with a personal trainer that's clean and drama-free, this is the best place in the neighborhood!”

“I started going here to deal with some tightness in my back . To my surprise, it turned out some of my back pains were caused by tightness in other areas, which a full-body stretch helped relieve. When I leave, I feel relaxed but also full of energy. IThe Woodland Hills staff is friendly, and they make it easy to schedule online or through the app. Every therapist is capable and will give you a good stretch, but if you get the chance to work with Valencia or Ruby, take it!”

“Cyrus is literally THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!! He’s so helpful with dietary suggestions, stretches, and mindful about previous injuries. I was always so insecure about seeing a trainer because I had no idea what to expect. But after an injury I really wanted to make sure I didn’t hurt myself again, and Cyrus listened to my concerns and what I wanted to improve on. Everyone at the legion makes you feel like family.”

“Yoga Education Institute is a quality provider of online and in-person Yoga Teacher Certifications. Owner, Nancy is knowledgeable and experienced and shares organized, thorough resources and helpful feedback to educate her students. My pre-natal training was 5 probably just as good as going to an in-person training. This was especially useful because I'm a new Mom on the other coast who might not have otherwise been able to get a great addition to my yoga teacher expertise right now had it not been for Yoga Education Institute. Im excited to put my education into action and share the benefits of prenatal yoga with other Moms and families!”

“Recently signed up for ClassPass and enjoyed the Pilates class with Deena.My friend introduced me to Pilates and I've been trying to find a studio that fits my schedule and isn't too far of a commute. This studio is less than 5 miles from my office and ends at the perfect time for my afternoon commute home.The studio has limited parking in the back of the studio, so I came early to secure a parking spot. Entrance to the parking lot is on Costanso St with entry points on Topanga Canyon Blvd. or Don Pio Dr.Students are free to pick any machine they want. The machines at this studio are top notch. I love how personal the studio is because the instructor was able to correct my form. Deena's class was intense. It felt so rewarding the next day when my whole body was sore. She really pushes her advanced students to the limit and as a beginner, it pushed me beyond imaginable.After the session, each student cleans their own machine with wipes provided by the studio.I'll be sure to come back whenever I'm working in the office.”

“I'd never had a personal trainer before, but after I sprained my ankle, I had to switch up my fitness regimen. Physical therapy just focused on the ankle, but I wanted to stay in shape and strengthen the ankle as well. A friend referred me to John, and he has been awesome in getting me stronger overall, while focusing on my ankle and other weak areas. I highly recommend him!”

Having access to a private gym surrounded by like minded people who support you in your workouts really elevates the experience too!! “I happened to be in the area for the Woodland Hills in Equinox, the staff was very friendly and courteous. Lots of smiles and very assistant to what you need.They keep the gym very clean and organized, including the bathrooms. Angel gave me a pass and was not pushy about signing up for the so-cal membership. I only have the pass for Westlake Village Equinox. Thank you Angel for giving the opportunity to try this gym out without pressure!All the staff was great here too!”
