“I came to Redwood City for a funeral and this hotel exceeded my expectations!!! It has everything you need and is very quiet considering you are on El Camino. It was a great price as well. I highly recommend it!”

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was provided in the lobby however it was very cramped so it was hard to enjoy the Starbucks coffee, oatmeal bar and pancake machine. The front desk workers were nice and accommodating. It was hard to sleep in past 7-8am in the morning due to loud guests and housekeeping slamming doors and playing music.”

“This hotel has a great view of the lake and has trails that are nearby for a walk ?‍♂️ or a good run ?‍♀️. The location is not close to any restaurants. The salmon dish I had was very good and not overcooked.”

“Located mid-peninsula but with unusual access.Housekeepin bservice leaves things to be desired.Things cut during covid have never come back and even things completely unrelated to the pandemic have disappeared. Meanwhile, room rates are the same or higher.”

“I was warmly welcomed despite the late arrival due to flight delays and my room was spacious, clean and so quiet! The receptionist ("Open", from Nepal) was a ray of sunshine sharing his insights for the area and his enjoyment of discovering America. All in all: 10/10 for me!”

“Highly recommended this place! Will be back anytime staying in the area. Really convenient location. Clean room, convient layout to the place and the customer service far exceeded expectations. Was helped by Kiu on check-in and Donald on check-out and both we incredibly kind and helpful.”

“I was slightly bummed on how different the rooms on the 'other side' were compared to the room in stayed in above the office last year. May as well have been a completely different property. Hopefully they can update the other rooms soon... Owners are nice. Parking lot is small. Didn't have to leave a deposit. All in all I'd stay again (just hopefully in one of the updated rooms.)”

“Best Western doesn’t disappoint, as usual. King room is very large. Room 219 was clean, newish carpet, comfy, yet firm-enough bed, nice, new sheets, plenty of lights. Shower had strong pressure and hot water. Towels were basic, BW-issued and not great, but fine. Heater wasn’t too loud and worked well. Some train noise, but not bad, at least on this side of the building, not facing the tracks. Breakfast was fine for this level; eggs were edible, bacon fine, and if you want a good breakfast , Stacks is next door. Computer and printer in the lobby. Friendly staff, easy online registration, low cost for the area. Would definitely recommend.”
