I was warmly welcomed despite the late arrival due to flight delays and my room was spacious, clean and so quiet! The receptionist ("Open", from Nepal) was a ray of sunshine sharing his insights for the area and his enjoyment of discovering America. All in all: 10/10 for me!

Very nice place. Close to hospital. On the corner of El Camino Real. Remodeled nicely. Parking lot in front of unit is only drawback. It was quiet for the most part.

I had an issue however the manger got back to me right away and took care of the rough employee. I was very pleasantly surprised with the response and actions from the hotel manager.
