He comes back and tells me they didn't have them in stock and we would receive them the next morning some time (battery shortage). My guy didn't tell me that Lewis could have got them sooner if it was necessary. So me being the moron I am, grabs the phone and starts in on Lewis about not having the batteries in stock and how we really needed them right away and how service these days is getting really bad and on and on, bla bla bla. He keeps his cool and tells me he can have them to me within the hour. Thirty minutes latter his guy shows up with the Batteries. To make a long story short, If you want great service, BUY YOUR AUTO PARTS FROM SUPERIOR AUTOMOTIVE / NAPA !”

However, I realized a little late that I needed windshield wipers, so I headed to Oreilly's in hopes of some saving and that is just what I got!!! Cam was fast in looking up my wipers. He then had no problem going out and replacing my faulty wipers. I had no clue how to do it myself and Cam told me he'd take care of it. We ran into a hiccup, neither of us could figure out how to change the driver side and it began to rain. I felt awful but to no avail Cam figured it out and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and dedication”

Elizabeth, the sales manager, and I negotiated a killer deal that was fair. Her sales skills were impeccable. Metro gives better deals than any nissan dealer I know.
