“A few days ago I was in Riverside and my engine suddenly stopped running as I was driving it. I got it to start right up again and drove a couple of miles, but then it stopped again and I couldn’t get it restarted no matter what I did.At that point I got online and started looking for a mobile mechanic. I chose Mobil Pros Mobil Auto Repair in Mentonebecause of its excellent reviews. Kirby, the owner, answered the phone, and after I explained what had happened, he quoted me his price for the service call and told me when he could be there.Once he arrived at the job site, he, along with his son, Cody, went to work trying to find out what had caused my rig to suddenly quit running. Using various testing devices and getting in, under, and around a myriad of cables, wires, numerous parts, and the engine itself, Kirby systematically eliminated the possibilities one by one until he finally found the problem.I have never seen such dogged determination in my life. Kirby was determined to find out what my problem was and that’s not something you see a lot of these days when it comes to customer service. After a trip to the parts store, and a few minutes spent getting it installed, not only was my rig ready to go, Kirby found another problem that I’d been trying to solve for months. I’m going to have him repair that for me in a few days as well.If you ever find yourself in a bad way and need a mechanic you can trust, who will come to where you are when he says he will, bring top-notch equipment with him, spend the time necessary to find the problem, and get you on your way without robbing you blind, then you need to call Mobil Mechanics Mobil Auto Repair. “All around an amazing shop, I have mostly dealt with Dave who is just so friendly, very knowledgeable and very happy to help you with everything he can. Edward is also great, always friendly and happy to help as well with a smile on his face ready to have a conversation. I have an older BMW, a 2007 X3 and it has run into some issues and older parts needing replacement. I have taken my car here for all work, including oil changes. If you want a shop you can trust to work on your European car this is basically the only one in all of Riverside county worth spending your money at. They will be honest with you and not overcharge. They also have had all my jobs done very quick with out giving up any quality. Just happy with this shop in every way, still have some work to do and am grateful I have them to do the rest of it.”

“I have had three different mobile RV repair shops come to my house in an attempt to repair my TT furnace. All three had different opinions with none of them being correct. I've spent more money than I care to admit (based on what they said). I was finally able to connect with Canyon RV , who came to my house. The owner of the company Joe arrived and looked at it. He replaced the main circuit board, which I had bought based on the recommendation of another company. Of course that wasn't the problem. Joe told me he would have his best furnace guy come out the next day. Joe did not charge me for his visit. The following day Frank arrived and after explaining to him the previous problems I had had, he said don't worry I promise I'll get it working. After determining what he needed, he had to go back to the office, 1/2 hr drive each way and got the necessary parts. After returning Frank had it up and running in less that an hour. After expecting a large bill, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. I cannot say enough great things about Joe, Frank and Canyon RV for their honestly and excellent customer service. Even the young lady who took my order was so nice. If anyone is looking for an honest and reasonably priced mobile RV repair company I highly recommend Canyon RV, I don't think you'll be sorry. Bill”
