“On 1/28/24, my husband and I went to the Genesis dealership to only look around. We were very interested in the GV80. We were approached by Bailey, who was very helpful, so helpful that we decided to make a purchase. The manager Reza came in several times to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He represented the dealership well. Bailey and Reza both made sure we were aware of and given discounts that we qualified for. We were then taken to sign paperwork, which at other dealerships was a nightmare because it took forever. We met with Jackie, who was prepared for us. The process was quick, and we were done way before dark. We highly recommend the team at Genesis of Loma Linda. We easily rate them at 5 stars.”

“The dealership told us our Subaru Outback (2012, 100k miles) required $11k of repairs due to an issue with the radiator even though it was driving fine. This essentially meant our car was totaled. We happened to find AK to look into a used engine replacement and he performed another diagnostic. Rather than just agree with the dealer and install a used engine, he actually didn’t find any issues and was honest about it! We appreciate that he didn’t just use our plight as an opportunity to earn some money. Will definitely come back if we do have a terminal issue with the car”

“A little effort for me goes a long way. I was looking for parts for my generator.i went to other auto parts stores and they wouldn't even look. It was just don't have it. “Dario Mendez was excellent to work through the numbers over email, phone, text which made the process much easier! Avoiding the annoying haggling of the typical dealership experience. They agreed to a fair price on every level. I did not purchase the extended warranty because it was not a manufacturer warranty, and it is not rated high. ? but other than that the entire experience was 5 stars ?”
