“They were pretty transparent on when they were going to get my car fixed… I would give them five stars But the only reason why I took one off was because they called me saying that my car was ready at 4:30 PM and what would’ve been a 20 minute drive for me is a 55 minute drive due to traffic and they close at five… No exceptions! I’m supposed to be celebrating a birthday the day I have to pick up the car so I guess I have to wake up early and show up there around 8 AM?.
Note to everyone: if your car is due to be completed that day just stay close to the parking lot and just wait for them there. Don’t plan to anything else to do that day. I have to pay for two extra days with the rental car service just because of bad timing.”

“Hatfield was great. I had a rock go through my headlight and cause a short in the wiring. They worked with my insurance and helped out whenever they could. It did take a while not because of anything from Hatfield the part needed was on back order. They even set me up with a loaner vehicle while my truck was at the shop. Stand up folks. Adrien in service was awesome.”

“A bit late posting, forgive me. However, I realized a little late that I needed windshield wipers, so I headed to Oreilly's in hopes of some saving and that is just what I got!!! Cam was fast in looking up my wipers. He then had no problem going out and replacing my faulty wipers. I had no clue how to do it myself and Cam told me he'd take care of it. We ran into a hiccup, neither of us could figure out how to change the driver side and it began to rain. I felt awful but to no avail Cam figured it out and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and dedication”
