“Went to have my battery checked . Sam was super great and so sweet. He checked and I had bad battery , he looked up my make and model and got me a new one squared away no problem. He even installed it for me no problems . Almost made it home and all my lights turned on, on my dash, power steering didn't work, breaks didn't work , lane assist... all the lights . So I got home and looked at my car manual with no luck on how to turn them off or how to reset it. Called Honda who said oh well bring it in and we will diagnostic test it and tell you what's wrong..... ya $175 for diagnostic my car after I just got a battery .... No thanks. Called the store to speak to Sam who took his time to look up for me how to do a hard restart which with google I could have done too instead of bothering poor Sam. he gave me some directions and then continued to stay on the phone with me while I followed his directions just if I had more issues so he can help me troubleshoot . Worked perfectly , I'm so very glad he was so nice and willing to help me and took time out of his work day when he literally could have said I donno maybe take it to Honda. I will continue to come here just because of the service Sam gave me he truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much Sam!”

“About a month ago I was shopping around to find quotes on PPF installation for my 2017 Corvette C7. Most shops either quoted me outrageous prices or the customer service was close to awful. I gave Nick a call after reading his yelp reviews and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. He took care of my car as if it were his! Got it done in less than a week, and gave me updates almost daily during the process. I was able to get PPF track pack, window tint, chrome delete, custom license plate and a free muffler polish all for less than any quote I received for half those services.After a month, the car looks better than the day it left the showroom and I'll be dropping in again to get my brother's C8 taken care of! incredible work, I'd recommend nick over any shop ANYDAY.”

Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. “First time bringing my vehicle here after an unfortunate and unexpected event happed around July 03. My 2021 Tacoma was melted and I honestly thought it wasn’t repairable since I’ve never seen this.

After going back and forth with my insurance and the shop the Tacoma is back; and it looks like nothing had happened in the first place!

Paint job matches, truck looks good as new, and I don’t even remember what was damaged in the first place because they fixed it up so well!

The shop also was very attentive and quick with the truck! It only took a bit because of insurance but that’s on the insurance end. The shop is also very responsive, friendly, and very patient especially within the first couple weeks of me calling a lot.

Overall, great shop, people, owner, etc. I will come back here again for other vehicle needs when needed!”

“Haven't been in here since it opened but I needed a car battery. I checked online before I went and knew what I wanted. Ok I walked in and was greeted kindly by a nice young lady which was pleasant since she was ready to help. I explained I needed a new car battery that I change them out every three years no matter what. I gave her my car info and she pulled up me info and bam I was sold I also asked for a wire brush and she knew exactly what I was talking about and instead of pointing me down a aisle she went and grabbed it for me. Excellent customer service. She also asked if I needed grease and pads for the terminals and yep I needed them. Ok so installed the battery on my 2022 trailblazer which was a fun challenge and bring the old battery back first my $22 and used some of that to grab some washer fluid. I'm glad I went here. And yes they do install batteries for no charge but I like to get my hands dirty once in awhile. They get 5 thumbs up at this store. Thank you Lucy”

“Jesse is the best! Hands down! My main complaint is that after I was told "bring it in now, we'll check it" (I've driven there on two occasions, which is over 15 miles), when I arrived, I was told to leave it or we can't check it now. I can't just leave it. Of course, this only happened when Jessie wasn't at the shop. I know the shop is busy and things can change in 30-40 mins. I wish they were closer. I use to get a rental car and I could just leave it. Even as frustrating as those two occasions were, Jessie and Leo are great to work with and they do a great job! On the other hand, I have left messages with Neil to have Jesse call me when he's available. Never heard back so I have to assume the messages were not relayed. I have recommended this shop to others.”
