“An honest and competent body shop. I took in my car, which I thought would need significant (and expensive) work, caused when I gently scraped my garage door. Michel came out to look at my car. He said he thought he could get most of the paint off within a few minutes. He went back to the shop and came out with a rag and some chemical. He used some effort, and it worked well enough so that the damage was almost completely erased. He then gave me an estimate to bring the car to new condition. It looks good enough now that if you don't look closely, you can't see any damage. I'm going to go back, but not this month.”

“My experience is with them 2014. I bought a 97 firebird which needed a new radiator. I ordered one with this company. (other then the idiot who didn't fully hook up the radiator hoses correctly where I had an incident of them popping off. My radiator came in and fit the way it was supposed to. It is still in my car doing well? I do not understand everyone who had a problem with ordering damaged goods or shipping? My radiator came packaged well undamaged met the vehicle specifications, holds fluids. When they shipped to me, it came with a return label automatically? So, when I ordered it if it was incorrect to send it back. Did the person who used to handle their accounts when I ordered quit or something?”

“So I had never heard of this place before until I was referred here by performance plus in Torrance. I had recently purchased a cover for my 2023 Tacoma trail edition and only purchased it because I was under the impression that my truck wouldn't work with a hard cover. When I arrived I had the mindset that the cover I bought online was the cover I was going to install. Then, I met Paul the owner of the shop. He did say they could install it but opted to ask if he could show me a product he had at his shop which was better for a bit more money. Before opening my product he convinced me that for a few more hundred dollars I could get a better quality cover and not have to replace the one I had later down the road in a few years. I did understand this is business and he is trying to sell his product but I totally understood what he was trying to tell me. Quality over quantity and in this case it would be an investment. After a good sales pitch I went ahead and got the hard cover I wanted. His guys hooked me up in less then 30 minutes they had it on. Their was some little things that were tweaked towards the end but overall the install was great. If you have a Tacoma and need a quality tonneau cover I would say don't rely on websites. Rough country and all those sites can only guess based off the criteria you provide but these guys seem to know what they are doing and have an eye for knowing what model fits best for your truck. The paint was peeling super bad. Got such a good price, I left my car there that same day. And in no time, came back to pick up the car, and they were polishing the paint on my Genesis. For the quality of work and the 3 stage pearl white paint, it was a super good deal. I went to a different shop beforehand and they charged me a crazy amount. I would definitely recommend this shop. The owner is rude and I personally witnessed his nasty attitude towards customers I had to check him today. The place is understaffed. He should perhaps retire ,but it seems many workers come and go. For excellent customer service GO TO NAPA. If they dont have it go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart. Better prices than this Individually owned home depot franchise.”

“I'm so happy with the results... Bravo did a fantastic job. It look longer than I wished since it was minor exterior work, but I don't think it was unreasonably long. I didn't have a rental car coverage so needing a car while getting the repairs done was on me, not them. The front desk ladies are all so sweet. I got help right away, had my car taken in and got my car back exactly the time they promised. I could've gone to a different body shop for faster repairs, but Bravo was referred from the dealership so after the repairs, it was taken to the dealership service department for calibration which was one less thing I needed to worry about. My car looks like a brand new car. Jennifer corresponded to all my emails for questions and status quickly, which I appreciated. You hear about autoshop nightmares but I did not have any of that here. Honestly, you're already in so much stress dealing with the accident, insurance and of course whatever life throws at you, but I'm just so glad I got my car back like new. I'll be using Bravo again and definitely recommend to family and friends.”
