He was super friendly, professional and affordable in comparison to most of the quotes I got which wanted to charge almost double. I was able to set up an appointment. “Decided to surprise my very busy daughter and get her 2010 Toyota Venza serviced. She didn’t have a mechanic and had been taking her car to the dealer for servicing and getting gouged by high prices. Found MGM on Google and saw that ratings were very high. Also a neighbor highly recommended them for doing good work at a fair price. Contacted them and spoke to John who was able to fit me in the following day. His recommendations were what I was anticipating given the age of the car and the prices quoted was reasonable. John was great to deal with. Great customer service and very professional. He didn’t push unnecessary repairs, was honest and a pleasure to deal with. My daughter now has a great mechanic she can use for all her maintenance and car issue’s. “I'm so happy with the results... Bravo did a fantastic job. It look longer than I wished since it was minor exterior work, but I don't think it was unreasonably long. I didn't have a rental car coverage so needing a car while getting the repairs done was on me, not them. The front desk ladies are all so sweet. I got help right away, had my car taken in and got my car back exactly the time they promised. I could've gone to a different body shop for faster repairs, but Bravo was referred from the dealership so after the repairs, it was taken to the dealership service department for calibration which was one less thing I needed to worry about. My car looks like a brand new car. Jennifer corresponded to all my emails for questions and status quickly, which I appreciated. You hear about autoshop nightmares but I did not have any of that here. Honestly, you're already in so much stress dealing with the accident, insurance and of course whatever life throws at you, but I'm just so glad I got my car back like new. “An honest and competent body shop. I took in my car, which I thought would need significant (and expensive) work, caused when I gently scraped my garage door. Michel came out to look at my car. He said he thought he could get most of the paint off within a few minutes. He went back to the shop and came out with a rag and some chemical. He used some effort, and it worked well enough so that the damage was almost completely erased. He then gave me an estimate to bring the car to new condition. It looks good enough now that if you don't look closely, you can't see any damage. I'm going to go back, but not this month.”

“Synopsis: Great Work, Great prices.Attached are some before and after pictures of my paint job.Went in for a quote; got a great deal for a paint job on the bumpers and side skirts of my car. The paint was peeling super bad. Got such a good price, I left my car there that same day. And in no time, came back to pick up the car, and they were polishing the paint on my Genesis. For the quality of work and the 3 stage pearl white paint, it was a super good deal. I went to a different shop beforehand and they charged me a crazy amount. I would definitely recommend this shop.
