Shannon is so amazing at what she does , and makes the process of leaving your car there so smooth and painless. I did not have to worry about a thing thanks to her ! She handled all the insurance paperwork and rental reservations , all I needed to do was show up . I really appreciate her taking off the extra stress I didn't need when it came to this process. Last but not least huge shout out to Fabian for making my Honda accord look so beautiful again, he explained everything he did to fix it and the little extra things he did to make it look brand new again I appreciate all your help and the detailing of the car for pick up was the cherry on top . I had my 2003 Toyota Tacoma passenger side worked on after I was T boned in an accident and then painted by them several years back and their work was flawless so this time I wanted the rest of the truck painted. My truck came out amazing! It looks brand new and I get compliments on it being that it is a 20 years old truck! I love my truck and with the high cost of getting a new truck, the money I spent getting this 2003 Taco was well worth it! Thanks again to South Bay Body Shop for their excellent work. “I had sent Matteo pictures of my dent and easily arranged a meeting time with him to come out to my place. He took a look and completely honest with his professional opinion. He gave me a reasonable expectation of the fix that it was going to be around 90% fixed because of the position of the dent and despite agreeing to let him start on the project, about 3/4 of the way through, I felt like the repair wasn't going to be good enough so I had him stop. Instead of charging me for his time and agreement to give it a try, which I valued at around $50, he insisted on not taking anything from me because he wasn't able to meet mine or his own expectations. Other than the amazing service & integrity, he's a very nice person. Thanks for giving it a try as well as giving me so much knowledge about the dent removal process and best of luck to ya, Matteo!”
