My parents car broke down today in the middle of a busy street I was to far to get to them, so I called Inexpensive Towing and Mr. Anthony came to help them, he was finishing up with a client, and he came to them with in minutes, because he knew how concerned I was that they were stranded, he was super friendly and he assured me that he was going to take care of my parents and get them home safely. And he did he towed the car and also gave them a ride to the house. Am so glad that I made the choice of calling Inexpensive Towing and that Mr. Anthony came to the rescue ? I brought my vehicle in for warranty repair, another local shop did not repair my vehicle correctly and no other shops wanted to touch my vehicle.Kyle Fowler accepted the work and gave me amazing service. “I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“Haven't got anything fixed here just went for a quick check and the assessment of the guy is perfect. I doubted that the I had a bad ball joint as my steering started making sounds and drove to this place for a quick Check. The guy just looked at em real quick from the engine bay and observed for any sounds. Told me that it they are perfectly alright and the electric steerings sometimes makes such noises while driving long distances and he was right. The next morning that noise was gone forever.”

But we decided to try a new place due to a friend's recommendation my daughter's car needed to be looked at upon taking to the other mechanic they informed me needed a new engine? My daughter was devastated she is only 20 and limited income. We decided to take it for second opinion to Ochoa Brothers which we should have done in the first place they diagnosed it as only needing a water pump! They fixed it same day and ready to go! Both me and my daughter were so happy and we saved thousands of dollars or even considering having to try and buy a new car..”

“After waiting for 3 different companies for over three hours to address a dead battery on our GLE 450 (none were able to help us), Ramon from Bill and Wags rescued us. We learned the hard way that when the battery dies in a newer Mercedes, the car cannot be placed in neutral in order to be towed on a flatbed. Ramon from Bill and Wags was awesome - he knowledgeable, professional and delivered our car and us safely to the dealer. Highly recommend this company!”
