“I had a scratch on my hood and based on all the good reviews on here I decided to check MCM out. Adam greeted me when I came in and checked out the scratch. He then went back in the shop to grab a couple things and had the scratch removed in less than 5 minutes. Didn't charge me a cent and had me on my way. Other shops I've been to before would scuff the clear coating and leave swirl marks, leaving you wanting the scratch back over the results of their shotty work, but Adam got that scratch out perfectly. Can't even tell anything ever happened, my hood looks factory fresh. All these 5 star reviews are no joke, this place is definitely the real deal. Adam you just got another life long customer, this is now my go-to shop for any car related issues.”

“I am a dealer girl. For decades, I have only received service from my dealers. Dealers are overpriced, I know. Well, this time, I believe my dealer missed something or did something wrong that caused my 4 year old Honda to leak coolant into my heads. Their estimate was between $4500-11k. Ohhhh, NO! I went to Jason for a second opinion. He agreed that the head gasket needed replacing. He was not nearly as expensive. I enjoyed the honest interaction and education Jason offered. “Above and beyond!!! From the first phone call I made to the shop to the time I picked up my car, Sal and his team at Rancho Transmission were amazing!!!! Not only are the priced reasonably, they genuinely care about your vehicle and your satisfaction. I have to say that I am awkwardly happy and excited about having my transmission rebuilt - which is something I never feel when facing automotive repairs. You don't need to search any further - Sal stands behind his work, cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. I cannot recommend them enough! Frankly, I wish Sal ran every home and automotive type business out there - you don't find many owners like him anymore, so cherish him and trust your vehicle will come out better than before. I have a 2010 Lincoln TownCar with 212,000 miles and everyone always remarked how well it drives and how smooth it is --- well, I can honestly say it drives even better now than it did 200k miles ago. Not to mention: Sal told me my car would be done on a Wednesday (which I naturally assumed was mechanic speak for Friday), and on Monday morning he called saying it was all ready to be picked up - I was excited to be getting it earlier than expected (and I didn't pay a dime over the original quote).... “Brought in my 19 Tacoma for an issue I had with the torque converter. Would start to shudder at steady acceleration at about 1,500 rpm's between 20-35 mph. Alex who helped me out recommended his service which he explained to me in detail what that entailed. He explained that while the solution may not be a guarantee but MOST of the time he hasn't had costumers come back to complain. He did a transmission service and a reset of the ECM. Also recommended that i get my rear breaks readjusted and add fuel cleaner to the engine. Whole thing took about 2 and a half hours but it was worth the wait!. As soon as the service was done, right out the driveway i immediately felt my truck way smoother and better response and the shudder was completely gone! I will for sure continue to do business with Alex. He was very professional and friendly and kept me updated on my truck as he was working on it. Definitely will be coming back for my repairs and service!”

I decided to get a brake inspection before taking it in and it turns out, I needed brakes! I was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I had about 30% left in the front. “They do impressive work. Tough to get in to get work done, but that's because they are amazimg at what they do. I am very particular about who works on my truck. Eli and the crew impressed me with the results. I've had my truck back almost a year now after having it broke for 19 months. Once they got it in the shop it was less than 2 weeks to do a full motor swap. When you open the hood it looks like a factory install. Egr was the 3rd shop I sent my truck to figure out what was wrong, this included simpson Gmc that diagnosed it wrong. They told me I had back injectors that were replaced only 35k before that. After spending 6k on injectors and taking it to a second shop for 6 weeks, they still told me it was bad injectors. Eli in less than 24hrs figured it out. Unfortunately it was the worst possible case. I broke the crank in the motor with only 142k. Eli guided me in with great information on my rebuild and the truck it a beast. Tows my trailer better than ever.”
