But we decided to try a new place due to a friend's recommendation my daughter's car needed to be looked at upon taking to the other mechanic they informed me needed a new engine? My daughter was devastated she is only 20 and limited income. We decided to take it for second opinion to Ochoa Brothers which we should have done in the first place they diagnosed it as only needing a water pump! They fixed it same day and ready to go! Both me and my daughter were so happy and we saved thousands of dollars or even considering having to try and buy a new car..”

“After waiting for 3 different companies for over three hours to address a dead battery on our GLE 450 (none were able to help us), Ramon from Bill and Wags rescued us. We learned the hard way that when the battery dies in a newer Mercedes, the car cannot be placed in neutral in order to be towed on a flatbed. Ramon from Bill and Wags was awesome - he knowledgeable, professional and delivered our car and us safely to the dealer. Highly recommend this company!”

However, rules are rules and ignorance of the rules do not warrant leniency, nor should it.Everyone signed the social contract at birth, everyone reading this review benefited from society and its rules. Therefore, we must respect and accept the rules of all the authorities, from the smallest HOAs to the federal government, even if it means having to pay 400 dollars to reclaim your own property after having genuinely erred.”

“My mom parked in the wrong spot unknowingly where she lived. They sent an email which I did not see into that evening. They did not call or knock on the door which they should have done because it was urgent. Yet I will say that the tow company was very cooperative. They gave me the right information and it only ended up being $285. They were very pleasant easy to work with of all the places that could have told that car I am grateful that it was this company because they were so helpful, they did not gouge us in price, and the service was excellent.”
