“Vehicles serviced: 2012 Honda Odyssey & 2004 Lexus RX330I typically do my own maintenance, such as brake pad replacement and oils changes (the easier things). However, when I run into things that I’ve never dealt with, or can’t fix in my own, I take it here.Eli and his team are the among the best mechanics I’ve dealt with. Honest and upfront about what needs immediate attention versus what can be put off for a bit. For example, one issue with my Honda caused an oil leak into the engine. It would have cost me thousands to fix (and I was willing to pay it), but Eli mentioned that it was a common issue with Hondas, and that Honda provided an extended warranty for it. In comparison, the Honda service rep tried to blame me for the issue, and I had to verify with corporate that it was a covered issue.I have recommended Poway Import Auto Experts to friends and family, and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service work.”
“This is along time coming. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Steve and his team. I have 2 cars that he has been working on in the past years. One is my Toyota truck. My oil sensor went bad when I was getting my oil changed. He was right on it and got a new part and fixed within an hour! I also have a scion TC that ended up having problem after problem. Steve stuck with it and was able to get all the issues fixed for me and it runs like new! Shout out to Steve saying huge thank you very much for putting up with me n my cars! :))”

“I really can’t say enough about this shop , I’ve been here twice they did my suspension for my Land Rover and she drives like a dream ! Recently I had to bring her back for some communication issues with the sensors for the suspension ( nothing to do with prior issue ) and they did everything in their power to find the issues before I would have to take it to the dealer. Extremely diligent , professional and understanding. You don’t see that often and when you do you want to tell everyone about it . Well done !
