“I forgot they would close at 6 PM on the weekend. My daughter was running out of her medication, so I called the pharmacy at the last minute before closing time while my husband was on the way.
Ms. Jessica, the pharmacist, already took off her white coat, but was still waiting for my husband, who arrived late, at the only window left open. Not only she did have the medicine ready, but patiently helped my husband decide which option was cheaper.
Though we live far (more than half an hour drive with traffic), we still keep this pharmacy for my whole family's medical needs. Besides Ms. Jessica, the other pharmacist and the whole staff are also very nice.
We are very grateful, and thank you all for your care and kindness!”

None could compare to the personalized, thoughtful and professionally efficient service I have and continue to experience at that Walmart Rio Rancho location. My praise encompasses the entire staff, but most importantly pharmacists like Tram, Jade, Judeth, Ahan, and others like Sarah over the years. “My Doctor perscribed a blood presuré monitor and my insurance would not cover it at CVS. I called a medical supply and they wanted to sell me the perscription. So then this Express Pharmacy got my perscription trasfered and i got my Blood Presure Monitor for free with insurance coverage.”

“I love everyone who works at the pharmacy. Especially Gigi as others have mentioned. They all go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was having constant issues getting my medication in stock and having to wait several days between refills although through no fault of the pharmacist or staff. I wish I could continue filling my medications at this pharmacy and I'm sad to have to go elsewhere where my medication will be in stock. But again, everyone who works there is so wonderful!”

“Usually only use the pharmacy, they continue to get new staff almost on a monthly basis, it can be difficult to deal with the pharmacy sometimes especially when they are really really busy, but overall they make sure to see everything through and help you as best as they can, the downside is they create different PROFILES whatever that means for any customer, so when a customer calls and gives all the correct information especially after just speaking to their own doctor for medication refill, the store claims you have NOTHING SENT OVER FROM ANY DOCTOR, but wait let me check, I turn and say ANOTHER PROFILE?, and the pharmacist always goes OH YES I SEE IT HERE NOW, I asked 4 different times to have my PROFILES OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED TO BE TOGETHER AS THE SAME PROFILE, AND EVERY MONTH AND EVERY WEEK I DEAL WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM about 2 profiles!!”
“My family of five has used this Walgreens as a pharmacy for at least a decade, and we love it! It's not open 24 hours, but otherwise it is convenient as you can possibly get. The whole place is essentially a through, though there's a small store you can walk into for over-the-counter medications. There isn't a huge selection, so I recommend the CVS which is adjacent for those and for medical supplies. Our doctors fax prescriptions or we drop them off at the drop off window, and within an hour they're ready, and we pick them up at, wouldn't you know it, the pick-up window. They are always courteous and helpful. Just be aware they aren't open for lunch hours on the weekend when only one pharmacist is working.”

I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for antibiotics prescription and he went out of his was to help me find a discount. I am extremely happy with that pharmacy. The cvs it’s self is a hit or miss. I’ve had grumpy employees help me but also very kind ones as well.”
“They have stepped up to the plate each time Walgreens has failed. Some stores even have capability to tell you which cvs has your medication and how much. Amazing”
