She is soooooo knowledgeable and really cares about each patient she has. The breakdown of medical jargon to simple terms to make sure we understand is so helpful and I love how she carries vitamins/ supplements that are third party tested so they ensure they’re the real deal! My whole family has bought the vitamins/ supplements here as well. I have even gifted the herbal tea mugs to my family lol I just love everything about this store and the staff. Thank you Ecoterra !! “I moved my many prescriptions to Hendricks after I moved to Claremont , CA, in June of 2022. I'd had an account with CVS for years in nearby San Dimas, but was won over by the fact that Hendricks had a same-day delivery service (if ordered in the morning) to my home in Claremont. Even if it was out of stock, they usually can get and deliver it the following day. This trumped any other concerns I have since I no longer can drive.I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and professional; getting the most recent Covid and flu shots was simple and fast. I have been quite pleased with them on all counts.What I don't understand are the respondents on this board who downgrade Hendricks substantially for what seem to be unavoidable and occasional problems that any pharmacy can have. I realize that being out of stock of a prescription for someone who needs it TODAY or having a customer think a single employee communicates with them rudely is a valid reason to downgrade them to a single star. REALLY? To me, it seems petty and unreasonable. At its worst, it's an unwarranted stain on the pharmacy and it's business.”

“Before going to the Vons Pharmacy in Claremont I had gone to CVS and then Walgreens in Pomona and had terrible experiences. But once I switched over to Vons I have had zero issues. I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff have always been so accommodating and informative to me. They have come through for me and my family over and over again. They are also just really nice individuals who always take the time out to explain things and give me a heads up around information they feel I should know. A lot of times I called them up just to seek some advice or more information regarding some thing that is going on. This is a great pharmacy.”
