“Yesterday, 7/17/23, I realized I had depleted my Benazerphil (high blood pressure) meds. I had no refills, and my HMO doctor had not yet responded to authorize same. I spoke with the Pharmacist Cheryl and she said she would continue to followup with my HMO throughout the day. By 7pm, she called me at home and advised medicine was ready.I would like to commend her for excellent handling of the situation, by showing expediency, compassion, professionalism, and courtesy. I have been a SAVON customer for many moons!!”

“Typical Costco with good/great quality products, fantastic return policy, happy workers, good selection, good auxiliary services available (gasoline, tire services, optometry, etc). Only drawback are the crowds which I'm grown to expect from just about any location so there's no point in docking a star.”

“I want to give a shout out to the Service Deli. I had their mango habanero bake chicken and the seasoned bake chicken, both of them are to die for. The mango habanero is absolutely fabulous with great flavor. I learned the Melissa prepared and baked the chicken, she did an outstanding job. Along with the great food, Melissa provided excellent customer service. Every time I visit, the Service Deli team has provided great help. This store has become my favorite place to shop. “I would just like to say that Lisa was the absolute best, I had went to a previous Walgreens closer to me to find a Walgreens exclusive squishmallow, and as I was moving them out of the way I found it only to have it taken from me by the employee for an online order I never even got a chance to touch it, I was sad disappointed and disheartened, so I made a different purchase and left the store I called 25 different stores looking for this squishmallow that had been taken from me only to found it was sold out everywhere finally I called this store my 26th call and low and behold I was told they had some stock but no guarantees it was what I was looking for and I could try for tomorrow so I had my grandparents go for me since I had work they showed up as they opened and luckily Lisa was there she remembered talking to me the previous day and told them she could not guarantee they had what I wanted but she went into the back and found it for us! I was beyond grateful and she was beyond helpful the sweetest that sweet could be!!! My grandparents said it was one of the best experiences they have ever had shopping at Walgreens.”

This is the very best place to make a quick greeting card of your own design...although their choices are ver limited, but, they gets the job done. I don't need to order 25 same greeting cards to the same person, and no need to pay a hefty shipping cost, and wait for 10 days...Highly recommended for a quick personalized greeting card.”

Since i have a broken leg I called ahead to check if in stock.She not only told me they carry them , she took the time to go check the stock. “I called earlier in the day and spoke with Christopher, who was extremely helpful by advising me about the photo order I was about to place. I wasn't fully clear on how to do it and he helped me over the phone. Then I understood how to do it and placed my order. I went to pick it up and the picture was different than the preview that I saw on my computer screen when the order was placed. Christopher then pulled up my order and was able to manipulate it and fixed the issue. It took him a while to fix it. Being that my order was for Christmas, I was very grateful for his time and knowledge. I feel like I was well taken care of and the level of customer service that Christopher provided was outstanding. I wish that all stores I patronize had employees as helpful as Christopher. He is definitely a valuable asset to CVS.Deborah and Michelle were also extremely helpful as I was checking out. Very kind and friendly and provided excellent customer service as well. Thank you, CVS, for providing such great service!!! Even though it takes me three times longer to get to CVS compared to the pharmacy I normally go to, I'm changing my pharmacy of choice and its the CVS where these wonderful employees work!!
