“The flow of our bridal stylist and her knowledge is the 4 star rating. A little tiny piece of a star was that we felt like it was pretty private maybe that was going on a Monday morning or maybe that is how it always is....Other than that no bells and whistles, water in Little Dixie cups, no champagne, no treats. But we found a dress!”

If you’re shopping for a big or small occasion her outfits are flattering, comfortable, and colorful. Her outfits are also very versatile. I feel like I can dress it up or keep it casual.
I felt like many of the ladies pieces I have bought from India were a bit heavy. I wanted some fun party wear that looked elegant. This peacock piece was definitely a head turner. It was the perfect outfit for any event.

“Teammate Joseph at this location was awesome he knew the product that the store had like the back of his hand he was very informative when it came to the sizes of the jeans. He helped my daughter get the perfect fit from the length to the waist size and also showed us options to order online when they don't have something. Joseph delivered, hands down, the best customer service I have had in a long time. He shows that he cares about the customer leaving knowing they made a purchase they won't regret. “What a nice thrift store this is. Employees are very nice and helpful. Lots to choose from in the two locations (right across the parking lot from each other). One had clothing, home goods, jewelry & books and the other building has furniture and paintings etc. making donations is easy too. We were sad that the location in Fremont closed down about a year ago but have liked going out to Pleasanton and exploring a different location. Prices are good!”

“This is the first time I've been in the store although my wife has been buying their clothing for a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful the clothing all looked well made and well priced, if you're looking for cheap t.j. Maxx garbage I think you know where you can get it. I don't understand some of the other comments that people have made I had a wonderful time in the store and I will be back and buy more items. I got a really comfy hat and some super comfy pants this place is definitely a great addition. The cashier who run the app had very fun hair and was very helpful. This definitely has a millennial and younger feel to it.”
“Amazon return was hidden towards the back of the store closer to the shoe department so took me longer time waiting in their customer service return area. The store is not busy so merchandise was well organized. Some Nike or Adidas items only had larger sizes, no small or medium available”
“This is one of the best stores I go to the people that work there are lovely. Debbie is one of the best consultants I have ever had and she is the assistant manager at the store. She will help you pick out whatever you like , the dressing rooms are clean and neat there. Plenty of mirrors to see how you look but if you want an honest opinion, they're willing to give it to you which I personally appreciate . I would highly recommend going to the store. It is definitely for a 30 something woman or better”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when shopping with my daughter. We needed a bra fitting and were directed back to the fitting rooms by the manager. The girl working was great and grabbed my daughter a couple bras to try and we ended up buying 2 since they were such a good deal. Wish I had gotten her name. The manager even checked in with us when we came out to make sure we found what we needed. Will definitely being shopping here again!”
“Kind of wacky with enough inventory in and out to make the place look at a bit disorganized at certain parts of the store and the position of this place in the mall means that the all overheard light and lack of natural lighting to make it a bit dim with some harsh shadows lol. Definitely not like the Express stores I remember 15 years ago...Okay the high end Express lines are still pretty great and worth the extra money so, still worth stopping here for the good quality offerings.”

“On a whim (and thanks to the power of social media algorithms), I signed up for a free intro class with my friend over the summer, thinking it would be fun to try together.To my surprise, as someone who’s never truly stepped foot inside a gym and struggles with routine in general, I’ve kept coming back.All of the instructors and staff here have been great, and have an astounding ability to recall everyone’s faces and names.As other reviewers have also mentioned, I’ve especially appreciated Celine’s energy and sense of safe space she creates in her classes. Alita has also been incredibly patient and flexible in working with me through any scheduling issues, and I’ve been thankful for instructors like Nicole and Taylor who are proactive in correcting and explaining form!”
