“Teammate Joseph at this location was awesome he knew the product that the store had like the back of his hand he was very informative when it came to the sizes of the jeans. He helped my daughter get the perfect fit from the length to the waist size and also showed us options to order online when they don't have something. “One of the uniquest stores in the mall. Come for a wild and wacky time. Do Not bring the kiddies to the back, unless they have adult ID. Definitely some interesting things thru out and worth exploring. Kiddies will learn new vocabulary to help fund the swear jar.”

The store is not busy so merchandise was well organized. Some Nike or Adidas items only had larger sizes, no small or medium available”

“Kind of wacky with enough inventory in and out to make the place look at a bit disorganized at certain parts of the store and the position of this place in the mall means that the all overheard light and lack of natural lighting to make it a bit dim with some harsh shadows lol. Definitely not like the Express stores I remember 15 years ago...Okay the high end Express lines are still pretty great and worth the extra money so, still worth stopping here for the good quality offerings.”
“This is the first time I've been in the store although my wife has been buying their clothing for a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful the clothing all looked well made and well priced, if you're looking for cheap t.j. Maxx garbage I think you know where you can get it. I don't understand some of the other comments that people have made I had a wonderful time in the store and I will be back and buy more items. I got a really comfy hat and some super comfy pants this place is definitely a great addition. The cashier who run the app had very fun hair and was very helpful. This definitely has a millennial and younger feel to it.”
“Great store! Good quality clothes and cheap prices. H&M is my go-to place for clothes shopping. Whether you want something cute and innocent, or bold and outstanding. However, the staff here aren’t the best, and one of the fitting room ladies are a bit arrogant. Other than that, I love the brand itself!”
“The manager Bonny is probably the best type of manager you could ever have to encounter when asking for assistance in a retail environment. Nice, friendly, professional, empathetic, and takes her authority/position very seriously. I tried making a return at a different store because I don't live next to this location, but I wasn't able to do it through the app, which I had no idea of until I was at the counter with everything ready to go. The store I tried to return it at was finally able to get a phone for this Uniqlo at stone ridge, and I called to see if there was a way they could possibly look up my receipt before the 30 days got closer. Bonny was the one who answered and took it very seriously even though it was something very minor she didn't HAVE to involve herself in. She went above and beyond by apologizing and said she wanted to "offer good customer service to you for this inconvenience". She texted me a picture of her business card and told me to let her know when I went to a location to return and she would talk to them personally to assist in an exception based return, as we could not locate the receipt. I have NEVER had a retail manager treat me so respectfully and be involved so closely to help with something so simple. I definitely want to give her her well deserved flowers in this instance and recognize how graceful she handled my random request. It is not often ppl can experience store managers who are so good at what they do at THIS level. Thank you again to Bonny! Although I could have just taken the L and accepted an exchange for something, she made sure that I knew she was trying hard to find my receipt. Since she couldn't, she helped me from afar to get a FULL refund with just my proof of purchase on my uniqlo app. Absolutely insane and amazing. I am so appreciative.”
“I went in over the weekend to exchange a shirt that I ordered from Men’s Wearhouse’s website. We were first greeted by a very kind associate who let me know he would need assistance from his manager to process the exchange. He brought over another (equally friendly) associate who I was under the impression was the manager.
That person let us know we couldn’t exchange the shirt because he would have to do a refund to the card on which the order was placed, and then charge the card. I didn’t have that card with me and he needed it in person, so asked if we could do a gift card instead or if I could choose something the same price. At first, he said I couldn’t do either, but after more prompting he said I could as long as it was the exact same style, price, and brand. I understand the same price, but the same style, brand, and size felt incorrect to me. Luckily, the shirt fit fine, it was just the wrong pattern (error from the website) but that makes no sense. (The employee remained very kind during this interaction, just a little incompetent or undertrained.)
I searched around for the shirts that met the set parameters, found one, and asked to proceed with the exchange. He began attempting to process the exchange but was unable to. He said there was an issue with some pricing and that the register was showing that he would owe money back, so he wouldn’t be able to do it without the original payment method. I say, “Well if the issue is giving money back, I will just find more stuff to add to the purchase. If it goes over, I will pay the difference. No harm to me!” He says he can’t do it. At this point, I could tell he was just trying to leave the situation because he wasn't sure how to help me. I say “I hate this shirt. It was not the shirt I ordered. I want a different shirt. What can we do?” Finally, he says he will need to get his manager. I don’t care that he wasn’t the manager and that I was (probably accidentally) misled, it just seems like he should have done that from the beginning.
He goes to find the manager, who was on lunch. He asked me to come back in 20 min. I say no problem, wander around the mall, and come back an hour later. (To give them some time to work on it.) When I got back, I waited for just a second at the register before being greeted by the manager. He was EXTREMELY kind and professional. Apologized profusely for the misunderstanding and got me out of the door within 5 minutes. GREAT job on cleaning up that situation, Mr. Manager! I am still leaving 5 stars because I believe the employee was doing his best to help me while his manager was away on lunch, the problem was solved to my liking, and I do NOT blame the employees, I blame the company.
It is obvious that Men’s Wearhouse corporate needs to invest in additional register training, so employees aren’t left to struggle while their managers are away! If a Karen had come in, that employee would have had his butt handed to him!”
“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when shopping with my daughter. We needed a bra fitting and were directed back to the fitting rooms by the manager. The girl working was great and grabbed my daughter a couple bras to try and we ended up buying 2 since they were such a good deal. Wish I had gotten her name. The manager even checked in with us when we came out to make sure we found what we needed. Will definitely being shopping here again!”
“So glad we have a Lululemon storefront right here in Pleasanton. When you invest in a pair of leggings (or anything lululemon really) you want to make sure you get it right. That can be hard to do online unless you know exactly what you're looking for. This storefront is always neat and tidy, and well stocked. They seem to keep themselves well staffed so you can easily have your questions answered. Try on your leggings before you buy, and then endlessly enjoy the comfiest and best quality leggings you may ever own. (:”

“I’ve always had a great experience in this store. i recently went in to puickbuo an online order and make an exchange, and I was helped by Kai & Alyna. They were super friendly and helpful. In the changing retail environment, I find that this isn’t always the case. In addition, I really like Fabletics workout gear. It’s comfortable, durable, and better priced than its competitors. I didn’t think I could be converted from Lulu, Athleta, Ali, etc…but I am. Keep up the awesome customer service. It really makes a difference!”

“It is a little hard to walk around unless you go on a week day during school hrs..but they do have stuff in every corner from the floor to the ceiling. I have personally always enjoyed popping in.”
