“Walked in store just to see what frames the store had in stock. I asked the store manager (?) Andy if they had a particular pair I was looking for that I did not see on display (BXTR - metal - black/gold). Andy stated that they did have as he just received an order that he placed for them. Andy further stated that store was running a promo (BOGO 1/2 off). So instead of purchasing just the pair I was looking for, I purchased an additional pair for my son (at half price) that he saw and really liked.Andy knows his product and was really helpful.Will definitely be going back there again for future purchases.”

“AMAZING SKATEBOARDS! I know the skateboards may be expensive but their so worth their price! I got a penny board there in September of last year (2021) and it's still in perfect shape. The longboard could get dirty but their still in good shape. If your planning to use a skateboard I recommend getting a longboard for cruising and penny board for sharper turns. Thank me later! “Was stoked to find Stance at the SF Premium Outlets. My favourite sock brand.They had a buy 4, get 2 free deal (mix and match) along with 50% off all apparel. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. Great selection of their performance sock line. You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”

“Jack is amazing! I was in pursuit of a particular Etro bag. Once I arrived at the store, Jack showed me a selection of bags he had, thoroughly explaining features When I mentioned I had a particular look in mind, he spent hours searching for a selection of bags that met my criteria from inventory, carefully detailed sizes to make sure what I was not able to physically touch would meet my requirements. He did all of this with a smile on his face...and he found what I wanted within a couple of days. Extremely friendly, genuine person, and extremely hard-working! I cannot say enough good things about Jack! If I could give him 10 stars I would.”

We found a style we liked in one color, then the next day we decided we wanted it in another color.Called the store and spoke with Summer, who said she could hold the bag for us. She wasn't able to find the bag with just the tag name/ID, so she gave us the number to text her a photo. She then found the bag and put it on hold.First time shopping at this outlet and it was such a pleasant experience we're definitely going to return. Store is kept very neat and clean, they have some great promotions, and the service in-person was just as excellent over the phone.”

“I had a wonderful experience during my very first visit to the YSL store in this location at the end of November. I ended up purchasing a YSL large envelope bag at approximately 30% off the original price. Additionally, I saw many bags on sale at really good prices. I’m so happy with my new bag. All the staff were very nice and helpful! Cristian showed me all the desirable bags and helped me to choose. It was a great experience!P.S. The staff might be really busy there since there is always a big line, you should be a bit patient. There are so many things to observe among bags, clothes and shoes in that store! I don’t support writing a negative review about this location.”

“This rating isn't for the store or the selection but rather for the staff member (she is this older asian lady with short hair and a stylish colorful sweater on). She was super helpful in asking if I needed assistance and even went above and beyond in the fitting room to help my boyfriend find another size.Beyond this, he went a rung up a shirt he found in the clearance section and another employee who was newer didn't help us when we told her this shirt was in clearance and shouldn't be $70. My boyfriend ran into the asian lady coming out and asked her if regular retail is the case and she said no it should be on clearance so she went out of her way to the other staff member who originally rung us up and showed her how to fix this. We received a partial refund on the shirt, it should have been $20ish instead of $70. I glad she went above and beyond to help us, it meant a lot to us. Someone please give this lady a raise and a promotion! This is the type of service that makes us want to return.”

“If you're into fashion this is a must stop. The clothes are expensive but the prices are discounted. Ted's men clothes are made in the skinny side so make sure to try everything on before buying. There was a lady's coat there that was cheaper at the Bloomingdale's. Weird. Go in take a look but as normal , buyer beware. Know your prices. Great store to grab a garment or two.”

“This store is spacious and bright. The racks were filled, not to overflowing but with enough items that options were plentiful. This store has self-checkout registers for those that prefer contactless sales or need to be in and out in a hurry. SPS was visible at the front door. They acknowledged customer arrival and departure. I purchased shoes, a variety of clothing for the upcoming colder season, and face wash. I recommend this location and will return when I need to shop again.”
