This store is NEVER open during the posted business hours. It's really annoying to make a trip to the mall to return something and not be able to predict if/when the store will actually be open. It's a huge bummer because they have decent clothes.

Cotton on website says to go to nearest store to resolve faulty order but Store people are not even botherd to look at your order and no help offered or could not even give a customer care number. Don't buy anything from these peoples, They least worry about customers.
