Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about German Auto Clinic. My mother's 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan left her on the side of the road 100 miles after an oil change and service at the dealer. Long story short, she was told the car either needed a $17,000 engine replacement or my mom had to get a new car.I worked for many years in car sales, so I went to speak to the dealer in the hopes of getting some more information and finding some solution but I was met with dishonesty and indifference.I found German Auto Clinic on Google and gave them a call. Jose was incredible. He was honest, full of good information and we put together a step by step plan to diagnose and see if we could save my mom's car.He was able to diagnose and repair the cause of the issue and he even found other things the VW service bay should of caught. In the end my mom has her car and I have a new mechanic.If you drive anything German and you want to keep it on the road, you really should bring it to German Auto Clinic. “The shop owner of Pacheco Auto Car, Raj, is exceptional - from my first phone call to delivery on auto-care/repair, his customer service, experience, and expertise are top-notch. My daughter, now just 20 years old, found Raj when she was about 18 years old. Raj has repaired all of her car's issues and, is always at a fair price. Raj is kind, and accommodating and he does fantastic work. We just had our 1974 Chevy Suburban towed to Raj - it was all very last minute, but Raj was able to add our car to his list and enabled us to park our truck in his locked premises in the meantime. For us, Raj is just a quick 5 minutes away. If you are making a long drive, please know Raj and Pacheco Auto Care is well worth it!”

For many years, my family and many of my neighbors have gone to JAC. Whether it is diagnosing issues or simply doing the car maintenance, Justin does excellent work and is always fair. It is amazing to have a great mechanic and outstanding person right in our neighborhood. It is a family run business and they treat you well. “Old school Auto Service Shop! I found Acme Auto Repair on google maps and I’m so glad I did. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Shannon, front office, was very helpful, pleasant and professional. She asked me questions about my car to ensure that they had the right parts for my service. I had been going to the dealer for service and they're nothing but headaches; 2-3 hours for a basic oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! NO MORE! “I've owned 3 Volvos and generally familiar with what typically goes wrong with them (V70, V50 T5, XC90 T8). All of them previously serviced at Lawrence / Walnut Creek like clock work. 1) I appreciate the Volvo knowledge of talking directly to these guys versus the typical Service / concierge person having to check in with the mechanic at the dealership. Explanations received and competency is just better likely due to experience and less turnover. 2) Price of doing very basic things like cabin filter, scheduled service and brake / rotor is way more reasonably priced. Price of doing major ticket items is also way more reasonable. So regret not finding these guys years ago.”

“So let me first say I’m not a car tech saavy guy so please understand when I say I didn’t know I didn’t know.A month ago I take my car ( a Lexus ) to Lexus dealer to have my car looked at due to possible transmission issues. As told by themI needed to have it replaced for the price of $7500. As they told me this I looked to my right and I noticed anAAMCO across the street. So I got in the car and quickly went across the street( quickly meaning 10mph for obvious reason lol)I was quickly greeted with a smile from the nice lady at the front desk. She was very nice and had nothing but great things to say about the team. I left the car there and they gave me two options a rebuild or a Remanufactured one both, are cheaper prices than Lexus. We discusssed a rebuild but they needed to confirm the damage before they can make their recommendation. We causally talked about it being 230 in price to inspect and will apply it to either option I choose as there were small differences in prices. Keep in mind both prices were respectable and reasonable. Also remember I stated earlier I don’t know what it takes to break down and build a transmissionAfter a week I decided let’s just take it back to Lexus and called the AAMCO team I changd my mind. They asked me 2-3 times if I’m sure and my idiot self said yes. They obliged and put it back together. After a week when I arrived to pay the 230 It was actually $2300. You should have seen my face . I looked like I had muppets eyes. So as I share my thoughts with them ( not being a ken or Karen ) both party calmly exchanged our points of view. I was willing to pay for my stupidity but they also understood my situation and conceded that they wanted my business AND WAIVED THE $2300 of labor and work and kept the price as planned. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS … REALLY WHO!!! If I wanted to do the work with them they wouldn’t add 1 penny to the time and labor they loss over my ignorance! I’m happy and proudly paying them for the quote and I’m feeling guilty on how empathetic they were to me. In these tough times with rising costs, I cannot believe there are still business’s out here doing honorable, and respectable work with awesome customer service with a smile . If you are seeking a repair or seeking a good honest technician. This is the spot!!!!! If I can give 10 stars I would.Btw I flew home a day earlier to pay them and headed to get my car as I write this.SincerelyHappy customer”
