“They were easy to do business with. They're not here pulling a fast one or make a quick buck off of you. I came in because I needed to change my oil. They not only managed to squeeze me in on the same day, but the quality was excellent. I can't complain for the price and the fee. My parents come and get their cars serviced here when they need to, and I can see why they like VIP Smog so much. Everyone here is really honest and excellent at both car maintenance and customer service. I can say that even if this place calls itself the VIP, they really are the MVP. I'll definitely come back.”

Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return.”

“Todd Martz has been our mechanic since 2007, for both our X5 and Z4. We live over 20 miles away, but I don't mind driving that far to get our vehicles serviced by Todd. He has kept our vehicles running great and if we do run into problems, we can rely on Todd to provide great reliable expert service, at a low cost. Recently, the yaw sensor on my 2003 Z4 went bad. A new replacement would have cost over $1200, if it can be found. Over the weekend, Todd found a used one for around $300. I've dealt with many other mechanics in the past and I don't know if any of them would have gone that extra mile to fix my car. Thanks so much Todd! You are a godsend.”

“Recently I had to have one of those donut spare tires mounted on a wheel. Initially it sounded like it would not be possible. The great thing is that their team works as a team. One of the other team members asked me some questions about the size of the wheel and tire. Informed me that those donut spares don't need to be balanced and it should be ok. He came out to the car, helped me with bringing in the wheel and tire... had the work done right away (took about 15 minutes) and off I went. This level of service and team work will bring me back. Told them I may need a few batteries in the near future. Ah... the benefits of great customer service and getting the job done right and right away !!! Good work guys!”

“I was despairing finding someone who could work on both aspects of our van camper. We needed the engine oil changed as well as the generator oil. Some places would do one but not the other and Timmons did them both, as well as checking tires, belts, hoses, and fluid levels and all those little things that you like to have looked out before you go on a big trip. And they were able to give me an appointment two days away! (RV facilities are usually months out). Bonus: it was about 10 miles from the house. And it's super easy to get to.A special shout out to Rodney who was very helpful. Nice people have a clean facility, helpful and friendly service. I feel well taken care of...”
