“My mom and I only spent 5-10 minutes here, and even though the Geek Squad didn't actually have the item or means to fix my mom's phone the person who assisted us was very kind, seemed incredibly knowledgeable and really wanted and tried to help us out anyway. As we were walking out, the gentleman sitting by the door to greet people and wish them a good day was also very pleasant.”

Very frustrating. Fortunately the store manager, Jorge, stepped in and facilitated a smooth and easy transaction to get me and my business exactly what I needed. Thanks J, you are the best. “I bought a dishwasher just a teensy bit too big for our cut out (my fault). Deven was able to process an exchange for different model that fit and we were able to go pick it up the SAME DAY.
