David on Monday nov 27th at around 8:20 is the reason I am returning everything I can from this store and won't go back. I asked to speak to a manger and David had attitude and told me to just go away. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from start to finish. These employees shouldn't be at work.

I like their products and their prices. But their online customer service is horrible. After 30 minutes on the phone today, trying to get an approximate delivery time, I was unsuccessful. Anything within 4 hours would have made me happy. BestBuy could not narrow the delivery window smaller than 12 hours. Unbelievable
