“AJ is an excellent and trusted mechanic. We’re glad to have him in the neighborhood. Whether a flat tire or more complicated issues, he’s quick and very well priced. We’ve stopped taking our Toyota and BMW to the dealers and now go to AJ for servicing needs. Our relatively low-mileage Toyota SUV recently developed a shake while driving, which was only exasperated by an expensive and botched repair by the dealer; AJ diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours of dropping in for an extremely fair price. We will be back!”

“as i was installing the last mount for a roof rack, the bolt sheared off. i went to uptown to explain the issue to see if they can help with this unusual job. first, they didn't laugh at me. lauren and the team examined the issue, came up with a proposal and estimate. a couple of days later, they had my car washed and ready to go. not only that, they polished my headlight lenses! the folks at uptown are genuinely friendly and service-oriented. i will not hesitate to recommend uptown!”

“Very good service. Doug the owner gave me options for replacing some damaged tires and other folks were very customer-centered. I had trouble with tire pressure sensors on my Prius after installation and they had me come in for a second visit to check it out. An under inflated tire (not one of the ones they installed) seemed to be the cause, but the tech also let me know the sensors were all getting old. I felt they were up front and very knowledgeable.”

“What is cheap isn’t good & what is good isn’t cheap… Quality work & fast turn around times. Brought in my first car back in 2016 which was my 01 e46 330i, then second car which was a 2013 F30 328i, and right now my currently daily which is a 2015 F32 428i. Had my cars in and out the shop and always drove off the shop as if my cars were brand new. “I bought a used Subaru WRX. It died the day I got it (sad). I had it towed to a repair shop to replace the obvious problem (a broken serpentine belt). They said that it was running rough (gross misfires on all cylinders) but couldn't figure it out. I had it towed to another garage. They couldn't figure it out. I had it towed to The Model Garage. They did figure it out: party of the broken serpentine belt got into the timing belt.
The Model Garage solved the problem and did so with good communication and reasonable (low even?) costs. I will return there the future.”
“Paul at Broadway automotive and transmission has been helping me to safely. Keep my older model car on the road until I’m ready to buy a new one. He worked out a personal maintenance plan that made sure the car was roadworthy but not cost me a lot of money. Great guy, great to work with and reasonable prices— great service!”
“Greg took care of me and gave me a good deal on all 4 tires. I like dealing with Greg who is good at what he does. I'll always go back to Tire Choice if I have any further issues with my tires.
After getting brand new tires, I got a flat within a month! I went back to Tire choice and got a replacement Free of Charge (only had to pay for warranty and taxes). They also worked on my car on a Friday when their schedule was jam packed. I love the customer service I received from Greg Allen. He's the man. I can't recommend Tire Choice enough, they really took good care of me.”
“I rarely write reviews, but want to lend my support to Ace Auto Care. I took my car in with brake issues, and they diagnosed several other issues that I was unaware of. They did not push any extra services on me, but rather explained which ones they felt were important to address and which ones I could hold off on addressing. We had a bit of miscommunication about which services I authorized, and rather than arguing about it, they simply reduced the cost and took the view that they wanted the customer to be happy. I hope not to have to take my car in anytime soon, but when I need to, I will definitely go back to Ace. I highly recommend them.”
