I was unable to accomodate his options but he held my car for a couple days until it could be picked up. Additionally, he ensured the safety of my daughter and her friend. Called at least 10 places that turned us away for various reasons and finally got ahold of Chris (& Alan) at Pass Auto. Not only were they willing to help and take a look at the rig but Chris was above and beyond with giving us information, letting us know what our options are and what we could do now and what we can tell our usual tech, once we got home. Wish they were closer to home for us, and would absolutely recommend this company.”

“First of all, I want to explain that this is not an Exxon. It is just a Mobil gas station. When you look it up online, a smog check and a small garage. That is no longer there it is just a Circle K store that has a small chicken takeout. So Google needs to update it. The ladies that work there are really nice. It does only have one bathroom, and because it's off the 10 freeway, it does get busy with a line for the restroom. Also when you get off the 10 freeway at Highland Springs Road, you would make a right if you're going East and if you exit going west you would make a left hand turn go under the freeway. But the station is that the closest point to the freeway in the shopping center, so you would have to go make a left hand turn at 2nd Street/ Sun Lakes Village, I can't remember if you can make a u-turn. Otherwise, you go into the shopping center. You go left past the mattress store, then you get to the gas station and the Circle K.”

“I had come into the shop initially to replace what I thought was just an axle failure however upon further inspection the mechanic later called me stating the wheel bearing had also catastrophically failed and was showed proof of such. The turnaround was quick given such a difficult job as I attempted it myself and was unable to free the axle. Pricing was very fair as well.Overall very impressed with the service this will be my new go-to!”

But we likely will, because Dillon and Albert were the best salespeople we’ve experienced in a long time and definitely the best Chevy/GMC dealer in SoCal, and I’ve been to many. Looking at the HUMMER EV suv and the Denali Yukon side by side comparing what we wanted out of our next family suv they made it so enjoyable, it was not high pressure nor haggling. They took time to show us each one and talk about it. We never felt like we were wasting their time, even though we said up front we are in the looking phase. No amount of salesmanship would have made us make such a significant purchase spontaneously, so we appreciate them not trying to do so. What they did was earn our business for the future and long term and show us that Diamond in Banning is more about the consumer than the bottom line. Thank you ?”
