The store is conveniently located next to downtown Pasadena and the freeway. And the customer service is always pleasant, personable and flowing nicely. The only drawback is the tiny corner mall parking lot but I’ll take it!

I was in and out in less than 2 minutes and this in not the first time I’ve been at this UPS store. The two workers at this store are so efficient. Please keep up the good work. ????????

I’ve been going to Lake Street Pasadena UPS for several years now and whenever I send my files in they’re printed by the time I get there and they’re perfect. Rick has always been just amazing and so helpful and kind.
