Great all around experience, although I eventually decided against getting the more fancy wedding band we discussed. Will definitely return in the future if I decide to pull the trigger though.”

“If I could give six stars, I would. Sam's compassion, patience, and expertise is so refreshing. He once spent over half an hour with me, laboring over a watch that was incredibly important to me but had a delicate, damaged screw forcing its battery compartment closed. Sam's care saved the watch and made me a lifelong customer, especially because I had been shooed away earlier from another shop because my watch seemingly wasn't valuable enough. Sam's thoughtful treatment reflected how much the watch meant to me, independent of its monetary value.I also trusted Sam to repair my wife's 19th century engagement ring. His restoration was done quickly and with finesse, with the repaired area indistinguishable from how it was originally. Sam treats his customers like family, and he is a gem (no pun intended) in the community.”

“My friends and I were walking around after having dinner at Fishwives when we came across Homage. I'm happy we decided to stop by. This is such a magical little shop to walk around and see all the neat things that they offer. They have a selection of bags, jewelry, cards, candles, books, pins and stickers, and all sorts of other lovely items. They have such impeccable taste and I have to stop myself from buying everything. The staff is so kind and helpful. My friend was interested in a necklace and the staff showed her that it could be tied off for a different look. She was also very patient while my friend looked through all the gems because they had such a gorgeous assortment of colors that it was hard to choose. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of their service. Unfortunately, they ran out of the sticker I wanted. The staff took down my number and called as soon as they had it back in stock. They only order 12-18 of each sticker so if you like it, just get it! I also asked for a little paper bag to hold my purchases and they delivered with a cute tiny bag that's perfect for gifting.”

“Peter at Pasadena Jewelers is by far the best jeweler I've ever gone to. He makes the process extremely simple and is extremely helpful as well. Peter helped me gold plate a piece of jewelry made by my mother that no other big box store was willing to take. It was clear Peter’s many years in the business offer him a great wealth of knowledge which he is able to share with the customer. He is an expert at making the process as quick and painless as possible for any needs the customer may have. They also have an incredible selection of pieces at their shop that I will most definitely have to visit again to check out. I had an amazing experience here and know you will too!”

“This place deserves more reviews and is a hidden gem (pun intended) in Pasadena. They do Rolex servicing and I am tempted to do this as Rolex’s service pricing is bordering absurd at the moment. Had my diamond earrings that needed some love after 10+ yrs of wear wo cleaning and Michael cleaned them on the spot and reurned them to me SPARKLING wi 5 minutes. They also sell GREAT fine pieces of estate jewelry. I’ll be visiting biweekly to see whats new. Rolex servicing review update to follow!”

“Got my first nose piercing here with Eddie and I can’t say enough positive things about the whole experience. I was pretty nervous, but once he sat me down and explained the whole process and why each step was done such way, I felt more comfortable. Pain was minimal, quick, and thorough with the aftercare. He even gave me a little “cheat sheet” of instructions. Such a friendly, cool guy to have for first time piercings. Total price was around $105 for service, jewelry, and the aftercare spray (which I totally don’t mind given that I had a great experience). Will definitely be coming back to get my septum pierced.”

“Awesome store, with lots of great items, Fair prices. Only thing is some of the items for sale here belong to someone who isn't physically there. So the woman at the register calls that person, tells him/ her what item(s) I was interested in, and then a price was given. So no haggling for a lower price. Other than that, it's an awesome store with a huge variety of vintage/ antique items.Btw. If you plan on checking this place out. Clear some of your schedule for that day, so you have enough time to see everything. I spent about 45min- hour in the store. Probably saw only 40% of the items.”

The decor is thoughtfully curated as one could imagine visiting an eccentric aunt that has spent a life collecting items that delight the senses, be it sight, scent, taste or touch. If that wasn't enough of a motivator, the complimentary signature gift wrap makes every purchase special. And it's bow wow friendly, I noticed a few well behaved cherished canines in tow during my shopping experience.”

The ring is better quality than other rings ive gotten from expensive stores.
