“When I go to Pasadena, this is my favorite consignment shop to go to. The owner carries upscale brands of clothing at wonderful prices. you can get some lovely designer clothing at very fair prices. I highly recommend this place you can tell the owner takes pride in the shop. I've been going for over 30 years. “I have no experience when it comes to consignment or selling things from my closet. I found this lovely little shop online via yelp. There were a lot of positive reviews. So I decided to check them out. Drove about 45 minutes to get there and once I got there was told told they normally require an appointment but since I came so far ,she (Jennie) would try and work me in. We sat down and she looked at the item and we couldn't come to an agreement, which was okay. As I was getting up to leave, Jennie tells me about another avenue to sell my article. She proceeded to take pictures and post my article online for me. All I can say is "WOW". there are still wonderful people in this world willing to help. If you're looking for great second hand articles and want to meet a truly special person, stop by.”

“My daughters wanted to shop for vintage clothes , her search led us here to clothes heaven . We were disappointed to see the gate were locked and a sign says by appointment only . I proceeded to call the number listed , no one answered. Terri came to the door , since most of their customers left , she let us in. Big purse / back pack need to check in the register . I am kinda overwhelmed by how many merchandise they have . It's organized chaos at its best . Most shoes are displayed or in bins by size . They have a huge selections of Chanel jewelries, shoes & clothing. Many different high end brands , Gucci, Prada, etc.”

I got a really good deal on my shoes and their website availability was really helpful. This store also had shoes available which the West Covina did not. “A very low key Macy's to get some shopping done but does the job with merchandise. Multiple parking (both street & structures) around which is a huge plus. We came here to get a watch that was only available at this location & had it resized on the spot. Enoch was so helpful! He didn't hesitate to price match the item from the online website with our in store purchase. What we loved most though was how patient he was in removing links for my bf's watch. Every time he tried it on & Enoch had to remove more, he still had the sweetest and funniest attitude plus had no problem in doing so. We really did make him work lol so shout out to him for his impeccable customer service alone for making us wanting to come back next time for all our Macy's shopping needs!”

“Anthropologie is not an inexpensive place to buy nearly anything; HOWEVER, end of year sales are stupendous, as are all their "sales", & the remarkable variation of home products, as an example, will not be found anywhere else; i.e., extremely unique, bordering on remarkable. In addition, the quality of their products - clothing as well as soaps, candles, and an enormous number of other household decorative items like candlesticks, placemats, etc. etc. are very well-made.I recommend all women to occasionally stop in to their Old Town Pasadena store and have a look, then again and again. “Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
