“Kenny and team installed a (custom-designed) door and sidelights and some locks for us. Kenny was very responsive to my requests, and design sense. (and a few quirks). He communicated necessary information (re delays, or orders) along the way, and always assured me he would make things right. He did indeed. Good workmanship is top priority for Kenny and if it didn't look right to him, he made it right. His team of workers and installers are top notch, reliable and friendly. We are thrilled with our new door, and grateful to have found the Tashman team who handled everything seamlessly.”
“I was shopping at Home Depot the other day and was very impressed by one of the employees and his excellent customer service. Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. Later, I was waiting for someone to help me in the Hardware department, and when Cesar walked by he noticed that I needed help and went out of his way to find someone to help me. He deserves all the praise and adoration! Thanks Cesar.”

“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”
“Great selection of tiles, back splashes, hardwood floors and soooo much more. Finally finished building my house and thanks to Atlant Home, everything is exactly as I wanted and its absolutely beautiful. They really helped me with the color combinations of the tiles and making decisions. It really can get overwhelming with so many choices and options. Nshan is very patient and humble. My husband and I learned so much from him and everything that he promised, he delivered. Thanks guys for all of your help and it truly was a pleasure doing business with you.”
“I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service we received from Robert Mitchell. We are remodeling a bathroom and found him very knowledgeable and helpful . Our bathtub was delivered with the wrong color drain ( mistake made by the manufacturer not Robert) and he personally drove to the manufacturing company in North Hollywood and then dropped the part off at our house !!! He really went above and beyond the call of duty . It was a gesture greatly appreciated and reflects very well on Snyder Diamond.”

“This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot. “I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago. they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. I am in and out within a few minutes.WoW!! 10 of 10. Thanks Charlie and Rosa. I am so appreciated for your help. Great employees!!”

“So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”

“We picked up patio chairs today at Home Depot but found only three on the display floor. Even after much searching, we were unable to find the elusive fourth chair. That’s when Tara saved the day! She tracked down the chair (which had just arrived in the warehouse) and had it delivered to the front door. Great customer service — and a big thank you to Tara for her help!”
