“I’ve been shopping here for years. The industry uses them for the vintage refrigerators, stoves. If you want something classic and vintage this is the place. I needed a black regular four burner stove, gas with an oven. And there it was an I bought it and they’re delivering it. I was in and out in five minutes except for looking at all these classic ovens. Great prices. And like I said they deliver. Great service nice people always.”

“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”

“I was in town for work and dropped off my mother's embroidery machine to get repaired, was very happy they were able to get it done before I left town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication during the repair process was excellent. I ended up picking up some extra supplies for a birthday present(with their guidance) that were a hit, mom is happy to have her machine back and says it is working perfectly!”

“Only reviewing based on their selection of rubs and the staff. They have a pretty good selection of rubs for all kinds of meats. It's not so overwhelming you can't decide but it has enough variety. On top of it all, the staff is great. Friendly, willing to help, but also not pestering or overbearing. They'll always talk to you about the rub you picked and what they've tried it on and had it on. Great place.”

“I brought my boss' Miele vacuum here to be serviced. They did a great job and fixed a problem with the extension for the vacuum head. They also got it done faster than anticipated and the price was fair to take care of that very expensive vacuum. He also taught me how to change the filter and to make sure it stays really clean for optimal operation. I appreciate that kind of care.”

“We have a small rental property. Needed to replace an in-wall air conditioner. In the store I was helped by John. He listened to my needs and results of my prior research and made what turned out to be an excellent recomendation. What's just as important is that I stated that I and the tenant are meticulous and wanted a good quality installation experience. He ended up sending one of their contracted installers, Neri, who was fantastic! Did excellent work and meticulously cleaned up after he was done. As an added bonus, Neri was very kind and pleasant and acted as if he cared. This place is not fancy but it's meant to provide a good local source for reasonably priced appliances that meet most rental needs.”

Our bathtub was delivered with the wrong color drain ( mistake made by the manufacturer not Robert) and he personally drove to the manufacturing company in North Hollywood and then dropped the part off at our house !!! He really went above and beyond the call of duty . It was a gesture greatly appreciated and reflects very well on Snyder Diamond.”

“I have been buying my water filters from this location for years. They are very nice and helpful at this location. Unfortunately, my water filter has been on back order since March!!!! WTH! The young man who assisted me was sympathetic and completely in awe as well. Many professional plumbers come here but they are also open for non professionals like myself:) Plenty of free parking in the back. Just look for debris on the ground to avoid tire damage.”

There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!”
