Very nice people willing to help I give only one star or zero star to AT&t online people it takes forever to talk to someone most of them they don't have any knowledge I recently ports my phone from cricket to AT&t which activation and trying to get the my voicemail to work it took me 10 hours. Lots of time get disconnected the waste of too much time when you call them I wouldn't recommend their service. Because it's too much waiting when you call them even if you try to use their app, it's very hard to talk to someone right away”

“I bought 2 I phones here a couple of days ago. I was told I would only get about $350 in trade in for each phone as they both were working but had cracked screens. I went in today to turn in the old phones and here's the good news and big shout out to ERNESTO!He looked again at the possibilities for trade in and found a special deal where if I added on some accessories-which I needed anyway - it would bump up my trade in allowance to $700 for one phone and $600 on the other. He totally did not have to do that as I had already completed my purchase and Verizon already had my $$$ !I highly recommend this store-also ample parking in the back and the store was clean and had plenty of product choices. After a frustrating unfriendly experience from the nearby Verizon store, we came to T mobile and purchased a stand alone plan for an Apple Watch for $20/month no contract (if we had T mobile for our cell it would have been $10/month). They mentioned a lot of people come here for stand alone plan for smart watch (which makes sense since ATT's stand alone plan had very limited data while T mobile was unlimited and Verizon turned out to not even have a stand alone plan).”

“I took my elderly mother with me to pick up her exciting new Airpod Pro 2 which are going to have a new clinical grade hearing aid function for the first time. My mother's increasingly worse hearing problems have greatly decreased her quality of life and well being so I'm so excited and thankful that Apple has added this life changing feature. I hope it works when the firmware gets rolled out soon!
I am here to thank Apple and encourage them to continue creating these solutions that help improve quality of life for so many, but I'm also here to equally say how wonderful the Apple employee named Kaho was to me and my mother. Kaho was helping us pair the new Airpods but as I suspected they would cause problems, my mother's old ipad and old iphone were not making that simple. Not only did Kaho and Jeff solve our pairing issues but they made the experience truly wonderful. Kaho turned out to be Japanese like me and my mother and switched to Japanese for my mom who does not understand English very well and Kaho instinctively talked loud enough as well for my mother to hear her and talking to Kaho made my mother smile. Most people ignore people who can't hear and will talk to the one who can, but Kaho went out of her way to engage in conversation with my mother. Kaho was truly a Godsend to us! Jeff was also incredible and while Kaho had to help others, he filled in seamlessly and they successfully got the new Airpods connected for us while also being very pleasant. Now we just can't wait for the new hearing aid firmware to be released in a few days hopefully!”

They had 1, in the time-lock safe, so I waited for it and was able to take my trade-in with me to do the data transfer and migration.The folks who helped me were friendly and polite, and were happy when I solved one of their crossword clues...This is the place you want to go for your business' wireless needs.”
