“I scheduled an appointment here for 7:00pm to have my numbers switched between two new phones. I chose this store because they were open until 8pm. When I arrived, there was a customer being helped by a young man, Jose, I believe. By 7:15pm, the first customer was still being helped and three more customers had gotten in line behind me. It was clear that some would not get help before they closed. With the closing hour coming soon, Jose professionally handled the waiting customers and was able to successfully get my phones switched while also helping the other waiting customers. In what would normally be a stressful situation, Jose kept a welcoming and friendly attitude. We all actually chatted with each other while Jose took worked hard for us. Over all great experience. Will gladly drive out of my to go this store versus the closer one to me. Thank you, Jose.”

I went today into the store again and Monika helped me out with a big smile and fix the problem I been having for months in less than 10 min. She's super friendly and immediately helps you out.”
“In the 6 years I have gone to this location, this store's staff members are very helpful and courteous. However, I have gone to this store a few times to pay my bill or do phone related business there, only to find the store is closed (during business hours)! No note or anything. It is left to look like the business is shutdown and no longer in business. I went there yesterday...the same thing. Luckily I was traveling in the area anyway.”
“Another great experience at Verizon store in Redwood City. Needed help swapping out my mom's phone with a replacement phone. Replacement phone came quickly but we needed help with the sim card. Diego greeted us at the door and was helpful and knowledgeable. Got us working in a few minutes. Really appreciate his patience with my mom.”
