Great service coming in for a reserved pickup. Went straight in and asked the first person I saw and was directed to help right away. In and out in 5 mins and made a quick new purchase along the way by recommendation from staff. Easy parking in the public lots 2 min walk away.

Rude people. Told us it’d be a few minutes before someone can help us. Then proceeded to make us wait 45 mins. Finally when someone came to help us, they told us that since they are closing in 20 mins they can’t help us.Better to just buy online. Apple online customer support is far better.
