Disappointing experience. Item I purchased came with manufacturing errors. Can’t blame the retail staff for that, but I do fault them for being rude and dismissive when I politely asked for an exchange. This seems to be a common experience with this store’s team. Best avoid.

Sales associates seem miserable and aren't super helpful beyond basic requirements. The selection is minimal as well.

Today myself and others walked out after we noticed they were allowing people to not wear masks. One was even chatting with an employee and both were laughing. The county currently has a mask mandate. What an embarrassment when every other store does the right thing but this one does not.
